Ordered the 3 meat treat, Deep dish pepperoni and wings. These are the grossest pizzas ive ever gotten . Never coming here again. Not fresh (purposely order gourmet items to get fresh), but failed. The meat was dry, charred and hard and crusty hard. Super old for sure. Shoot, I guess we’ll keep going to the farther store than this one

This review highlights a significant operational failure at this location regarding their “Pizza Portal” pickup system.
I placed a mobile order specifically for the convenience of the contactless pickup. I received a notification stating my order was ready, but when I arrived and entered my code into the Pizza Portal, the compartment was empty. It turns out this location keeps mobile orders behind the counter rather than utilizing the automated oven system as intended.
This practice completely negates the purpose of the Pizza Portal. The entire selling point of the app is to avoid the line and the counter interaction. If the store is busy, a customer who has already paid and been notified their food is “ready” is forced to wait in the general line just to ask for the pizza that should have been in the locker. It defeats the logic of the system and wastes the customer’s time.
To make matters worse, the staff interaction was unhelpful. When I inquired about the empty portal, the employees were dismissive and rude, acting as if I were in the wrong for expecting the system to work as advertised.
The Verdict: If you are ordering here expecting a quick “grab-and-go” experience via the app, be warned: this location does not use the technology correctly, and the service leaves much to be desired.

Whenever it comes to pizza I always go to a near by Little Caesars by home . However, this time around I went to a different location due to being on this side of town. AND IT WAS NOT THE BEST! As I was eating my pizza I found a PIECE OF HAIR CRULED UP INTO MY PIZZA CRUST I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!

Hot and Ready? They didn’t have pizzas ready and said it was a 50-minute wait. They only informed us after being in line for about 7 minutes and then interrupting the employee to ask. They could have and should have let the people in line know instead of having us there waiting. Unacceptable ! Poor customer service, so we left.
