Today was a bad experience
Ordered online to pick up At drive thru
Everything fine app show me time to go pick I went a boom waited like 10 minutes to get my two pizzas and Italian cheese bread.
One pizza custom the other ultimate supreme
Custom pizza was veggie stuff crust round ( wife is allergic to pork )
Guess what they added pepperoni to my custom pizza
I been trying to call to get this fix but they don’t answer the phone, and they about to close. This is sad and heartbreaking when you crave something good and thing don’t go accordingly to expectations.

90% of the time that I come I always end up having to wait 10-20 min just for a classic pizza or some crazy bread. Never “hot & ready”. I would understand a wait for a custom pizza but they should always have classics ready to go

I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas one with extra sauce the other with regular sauce. I originally asked the short blonde chubby girl to cancel my order which she didn’t do, so I decided to keep the order because it was “already being made”. I get home and both pizzas have no sauce and pepperonis are crunchy almost burnt!!

There was guys in there one with a blue hat and his other helper. I asked for crazy style on my pizza and they didn’t even put none on basically but then my mom and went to ask for more they said 50cents more they didn’t even put nun with the dollar I gave them plus I wanted it on the whole pizza they said they did it for only half I said I never said half I wanted the whole pizza with it but they still said u got too pay more knowing I already paid they didn’t even put nun the first time then I only have 40 cents and they end of drowning my pizza in sauce wasn’t even good at that point this unbelievable and not professional they was not polite also please handle your employees

The food is decent if you want something kind of hot and ready. Sometimes you got to wait. The workers there don’t acknowledge you upon entering. Sometimes when I enter they suddenly have to go to the back. They hide in the back for awhile. I was waiting for like 15 mins just to order. I was the only one there.

Food was yummy and kids approved. My kids especially loves the breadsricks. We have been there already 3 times this week. Love that this location has a drive thru. The only thing you need to be prepared for is to wait 10 minutes for breadsricks. 2 out of 3 times I had to wait. But overall, love the food and price is very affordable.

I used to love going to this Little Caesars cause the drive thru would make things easier especially with my little one. Today when I went I got this pizza completely uncut and the cut you see on the pizza that’s how I was given the pizza. I called to complain and they didn’t even try to make up for this. Won’t be coming back.

We asked them for their names and they put up a car board and replied that they didn’t have to give us their names
The ladies name tag was blocked out with a black marker
We had been waiting inside our car for 1 hour
Horrible service I will never come back to this location EVER!!!
