I was just at this location and never had any issues with this place but today at 2/19. I walked in and placed an order for the Slice and Sticks regular with extra pepperoni and the jalapeño cheese sticks. However, I was given a regular pepperoni pizza. When I got home, I opened up the box and noticed a pepperoni pizza.
I called and spoke with the manager about this matter. The manager looked up my order and saw I ordered the Slice and Sticks regular. However, they wanted me to come back with the pizza and give me a credit. Frankly ridiculous!!! Why should I drive back from Glendale to show you the pizza and the mistake you clearly made. No worth the time and energy and won’t be returning.

Can’t go wrong with Little Caesar pizza. I made my order online so all I had to do was go to the store and pick it up from their portal. Their parking lot was basically clear so I was able to park in the front and basically just walk in to get my order. I was in and out in basically less than a minute. I got the Hawaiian Pizza and the crazy bread. Both were really good and hit the spot.

Good food, and quick, but the pizza wasn’t the best. A little undercooked. Everyone was nice. Store is very small no sitting room.

Quick and easy. The pizza portal is such a useful invention. I can order from my phone, at the touch of a button, and pick my pizza up from the machine. It works well so I can avoid the lines. Extra most bestest hula Hawaiian and pepperoni pizzas.

Got here at dinner time after driving from utah with 6 kids!!! They had NO CHEESE PIZZAS at like 6pm!! Told us “they could make some if we wanted” but would be like 15-20 minutes. We had to take our 6 kids all the way to the hotel and unload then my husband had to drive all the way back to get the pizzas!!! Is the slogan not HOT AND READY???? This place sucks!

I ordered one pepperoni pizza and one with ham and mushroom they brought me cheese only and latter when the kids were done with the pizza I saw fly eggs on the pizza OMG it was so disgusting my kids threw up and so did I. Now I’m sharing so you guys know what you’re ordering.

Never anything really Hot and Ready. Sometimes the stuff are friendly. Most are young and just don’t have engaging customer service. The pizza is good depending on I guess who’s making it on any given day.

Either LC changed their ingredients for the worse, or this franchisee is cutting corners and buying cheap garbage ingredients. The pizza I received was arguably not real food.
I was a little confused as to why the shop did not smell like dough and pizza, but instead it had a weird artificial smell. I thought maybe they had cleaned recently, but the smell carried into my car. I realized it was the pizza itself that smelled like chemicals. The drive home I had to crack the window because it smelled so weird. Biting into it, the dough did not feel right. And the cheese did not act like normal pizza cheese. I threw it out.
It was overall a very concerning experience.

My large order of 8 pizzas was ready rather quickly- and I had to pay with cash before they started my order. The ladies running this store work very hard and expeditiously. This is a better location than the Magnolia/Cahuenga location in terms of cleanliness and its easy parking. Here comes the slight criticism: now that the once classic cheese or pepperoni pizzas have a $3 increase it may be more cost effective to purchase 6 large Costco cheese or pepperoni pizzas rather than buy 8 regular sized Little Caesars pizzas. Plus, Costco uses better ingredients. When LC classic pizzas were priced in the $5 range it was easier to ignore the cheaper quality of dough and sauce and celebrate the great deal. But sadly, since the pandemic and inflation this company has been forced to increase their prices. (This is unfortunate and sad for them & their customers, imo). But, on the other hand, if you’re in a rush go ahead and buy Little Caesars pizza. Their bread sticks and sauce are their specialty and it should be noted that you can only buy them here.
