I stopped by this Little Caesar location to pickup my online order. I placed my order through their mobile app and selected a pickup time. I got the ExtramostBest Pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Finding parking was fine and picking it up through the pizza Portal was easy. The pizza was delicious and the crazy bread was good.

This place is HORRIBLY ran. All of management should be fired. The way they allow chaos to reign in this location is unbelievably sad. All of the employees look so distraught being there and the chaos inside the store mirrors the employees attitude and demeanor. And they don’t even use the portal for APP orders. And they also labeled the box wrong and gave me someone else’s order. Not to mention the 2 other customers who came in with the same complaint while I was waiting. This place is trash.

There is absolutely no hustle at this establishment been here multiple times always takes 20 minutes for one pizza. No one is moving no one is running no one is trying to get anything done bunch of lazy people! Took one guy five minutes to cut five pizzas. Everyone is hiding in the back. Been waiting for somebody to take my order for about seven minutes now. Never coming back here until something changes!

This places sucks they always have long lines not enough staff and tend to delay your pickup orders for other people’s orders. Everyone here is rude and seem to not like to help so I don’t recommend coming here, the customers who come here too are worse as well. Also we called ahead for a pick up we called at 5:15pm to pick up some pizzas and the worker said we need to wait till 6:40pm how stupid is that? Never coming here again, no wonder they get no more people to work for them here.

No I’ve waited for a long time for my pizza (25 minutes) And as soon as called them out they immediately gave it to me. Seriously what is that there suppose to call my name but no instead there lazys on their phones and not caring also sometimes the pizza can be good and also can be horrible. Only ceasars close to me which totally sucks.

I am in LOVE with garlic bread or CRAZYY as they have it on their menu. It is the best 8 piece for $4. I went in and ordered around 6pm and thankfully they had some ready to go. It was nicely maintained in heat for customers to take. The staff was kind enough to assist me in a patient and friendly manner. I like that they added a pick up option for online orders. It is quick and efficient. I’ve used it before and it truly is simple to follow. They send you emails and text messages to remind you of when it’s ready for pick up and step-by-step instructions for pick up. They used to have waiting chairs, this time I went they didn’t. I’m hoping it’s not due to the covid restrictions because I’m sure most people wouldn’t appreciate waiting 10 to 20 minutes standing up waiting for their order. Other than that no complaints.

Those appetizing brownies they advertise are actually small frozen sticks of disappointment. Save your money for an actual dessert. Never had a problem with the pizza. Also, order online. The multiple complaints about the wait time if you order at the counter are usually accurate.
