Ordered my pizza at 6:42pm and arrived at 7 pm cause I had to pick something up from the store. After arrival I said pickup for me. They looked for my order with nothing found. I told them again my order and paid for my $16.35 meal of 1 deep dish trio, 1 crazy bread, and 1 sauce. I got my order after sitting inside till 7:22 pm. Waiting 40 min for a pizza is not acceptable. Also when I got home I looked at it and smelled it. Something wasn’t right like they rushed it and didn’t cook it all the way. I should have ordered the pepperoni deep dish and saved the $4 on a minimal amount of sausage and bacon. The service the guy gave on another customer was terrible also. He gave them pizzas that they didn’t order or had to switch it out multiple times because he couldn’t get it right.

Excellent service, fresh hot pizza! I came here at 10:15 p.m. on a Saturday. I was helped by Will, and he could not have been more pleasant. He was professional and quick, he was very efficient but he was also really personable and even though it was late he was still really nice and made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely return to This Little Caesars. The pizza was hot and fresh even though it was very late in the evening. I appreciate that. I was helped immediately, and I didn’t feel any resentment from the staff for coming so late. Keep up the great work.

At 7:30 at night don’t try to call little caesars I called them 4 times and it kept going to voicemail so I went in the gentleman said he had a long day and then, he wasn’t getting paid enough to be working here all day. He complained and then when I said I tried to call, he said oh yeah we unplug the phone’s. I think that is completely insane. supposed to be busy it’s a good thing. complaining on top of it is the worst thing ever. I didn’t catch his name gentleman’s. he took my order said it will be 15 minutes for the Italian cheese sticks and an order of the crazy bread 15 minutes really just because your phone was in on the hook I have to wait 15 minutes and then on top of it I paid almost $9.
I think that’s completely insane and I have no idea how Little Caesars even stays open if they take their phone off the hook when they’re supposed to be open told 11pm.
Maybe think getting better employs that don’t complain about a long day to customers would be nice. I hope my food is cooked right? Crazy bread yes, cheese bread no… was cooked to long. I’m just trashing it.

This place would be fine if they stop screwing up the orders. Two times, ordered stuffed crust…both times didn’t happen. They also don’t follow through with the details, ie give you sauce when you order it etc… They refuse to honor their own promotion to give you the soda you ordered if it doesn’t come in a specific size. This place is the embodiment of consumer fraud!

Long waits for pizza that is advertised as always available. Cashiers very unprofessional and often rude. Have had several pizzas not cooked thoroughly, very doughy in the middle and the stuffed crust pizza was so nasty, I threw it out as noone in my family would eat it. The cheese used to stuff crust did NOT taste like real cheese. I will never eat at this Little Caesars Pizza and am always leary if going to another store.

Pizza is always good and I have been a regular for years, but today the pizza dough was thin and didn’t rise right. The pepperoni and vegtable pizza were undesirable yet the Toppings were great, dough was flat and flavourless. The deep dish pizza was wonderful and baked to perfection.

I go here all the time, it’s always busy, especially around 3pm on school days. Staff is always friendly and hard workers. Their meat lovers Pizza and the new one with extra cheese and pepperoni are really good. Bonus is while waiting you can step into game stop next door or star bucks.

when I arrived at 10:33am, on Thursday 7/21 the doors were locked. The normal stores hours are from 10:30Am-10Pm, the store should’ve been open. I waited at the door knocking on it giving the gesture of time, a couple minutes later, a short hispanic woman pizza chef came to the door and said that they open at 11:30, I told her that her website says differently.I’m sure the General Manager of the store would be upset as well because their opening time is getting pushed back AN HOUR. She then gave me attitude, and walked away. I then left upset. All I wanted to do was get food during the normal opening time and she was playing it off as if it it was my fault and I should just deal with it. So selfish and Unprofessional. This woman and her staff that morning, put themselves first, before the store and the customers because of their laziness and lack of preparedness. I feel that this woman should be disciplined. how sad, I like Little Caesers and this is the closest store near me but if they are going to have employees that have such low standards and poor customer service, I will no longer be coming to this Little Caesers.

Why do so many people flock to Little Ceaser’s Pizza? It’s really not all that good in my opinion but it sure is hot and fresh. This location is always busy with people coming and going. Crazy Bread maybe?
Anywho, the location was clean and parking was a bit tough but we managed! Don’t forget extra dipping sauce and your Tums, good luck with that!
