I go to this place all the time for the kiddos and they never disappoint…especially Larry. I’ve ordered pizzas for parties and all sorts of gatherings. Always on time and always correct. Today unfortunately they messed up my half cheese half pepperoni. Larry and the crew apologized, gave me the wrong pizza for free and made a hot and fresh pizza in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service. Also the pizza portal is awesome!

I ordered the mushroom pizza, thin crust. Very few mushrooms. When you order a pepperoni pizza. It literally nearly covers the entire pizza. The mushroom piece is probably one mushroom per slice. Still a really good pizza though.

I got the nastiest pizza the other day. And they didn’t even apologize or act like they cared. Gross. This was NOT delivery folks. I walked in and picked this up. How even?! Who would knowingly serve this?
My educated guess: someone poured Jalepenos on the pizza straight from the container and a ton fell out along with the juices and made the pizza too wet. When they pulled it off the oven, the pizza probably folded because the dough did not properly cook. The cheese and other topping fell off and they unfolded the pizza leaving toppings underneath and then CUT IT and SERVED IT. Don’t go to this location. They clearly do not care about your food. I mean, I get it. It’s little Caesar’s. But this was unnecessary.

I’m so grateful for the team who worked on Saturday (5/18) . I saw that they were busy so decided to put my order online. When I got home I noticed I ordered the wrong pizza for my daughter. I called and spoke to Kai, (I think thats his name) he was so understanding and with the managers approval they were able to get me a new pizza. I brought back the pizza and apologized for my mistake. The location was super busy and they were professional and so nice. Waited not even two min and they handed me my new pizza. Thanks so much guys .

Update as of 6/24/2025 – Location has improved considerably since last review from 6 years ago. We order through the app now and so far the experience has been great. Our food has been made to order and
it’s easy to pick up (you just enter a code on the machine and the door opens for your order). Our favorite is the pretzel crust with cheese sauce and pepperoni, but their regular pizza is great too and reasonably priced. There are always deals in the app too which makes it even better!
Original Review – Previous visits here have generally been good, although they don’t always have hot and ready options available as advertised. The staff is usually good about being up front about it and accommodating, but on my most recent visit it appeared that they have some new team members who aren’t very efficient or very concerned about retaining customers. There was one customer at the time who also had to wait and despite it being obvious that he was in a hurry, the counter person seemed completely oblivious and unconcerned. They didn’t have either of the options I was looking to order available and I was willing to wait, but when I asked if they could shake some parmesan on my pizza the kid working was not only obviously irritated about the extra work, but also said he had to charge me an extra $1 for it. I explained that I always get parmesan on my pizza and have never had a problem before and he said he was just following the rules. It was only a $10 order, but since they were already having issues I just went to a different location nearby. Interestingly, the young lady behind the counter at the other store not only had no problem taking care of multiple customers, serveral large orders and accomodating requests, she was also friendly and efficient. Too bad too as this location is closer, but there are way too many issues.

Ordered a pizza tonight and was given an hour wait time I supposed due to Halloween, but over an hour later I can’t find my order and have gotten no notification. Now we’ll have to deal with trying to get a refund because they didn’t plan ahead for a busy holiday. The pizza is never really cooked well anyways, but it used to be a quick bite to eat. I think I’ll spend more for Straw Hat

Have to say that Little Caesars is nice to have when you want a quick pizza dinner. It is good quick pizza. They are so much better than when they first opened. We get the Most Bestest Pepperoni and the crazy bread and it is a good meal plus we have a couple slices left for lunch the next day. The person working the front counter at this shop does not like his job and was rude to some customers and barely cordial to others. He should be working in the back away from people.

Great place for pizza the way you want it. At times it may be a bit busy but the price and taste are worth a wait. The staff is friendly and helpful, and for the price you can’t complain. Definitely recommend this location.
