I come to this little ceasers regularly and I’ve never had a product be this bad ever. On 10/12/25 I made an in-app order for 2 extra most best pepperoni pizzas around 5:40 pm. I appreciate the young man at the counter that reassurared 2 new pizzas would be made for me and it would take about a 15 minute wait which I was ok with. What I am not ok with is this establishment trying to pass these pizzas off as freshly made, when another customer probably never picked them up and they sat there burning slowly until a customer like myself didn’t check their food until they arrived at home. I am so disappointed.

good pizza right here stuffed crust $10 and little caesars is always quick. you can order through the little caesars app or through door dash. nothing like the stuffed crust i don’t think i can go back to regular pizza anymore. the staff is nice here! no complaints this place is 5/5

Service and quality here have nosedived. Large pickup order was missing the ham, pineapple, and jalapeño crazy crust pizza, which I didn’t realize until I was already home. I drove back and had to wait for a remake, trusting they’d get it right the second time; my mistake. Got home again to find no ham and no crazy crust. On top of that, half-filled sauce cups and the “extra most bestest pepperoni” had about two pepperoni per slice. My family had finished eating by then, and our Sunday meal was shot. This location needs a reset.

So thia is my thin crust “half” pepperoni and half pineapple it’s not even have pineapple and it charged me a dollar 1.75 more let me tell you this pizza took 25 minutes to make it was completely slow there must have been five other customers within the whole 35 minutes that I was there today . took 10 min to to be attended the girl at the counter was polite and was smiling but still the fact that it took so long and they were not even answering the phone the whole time I was there is it’s very disappointing on top of that the person that had taken my order then after went to the back to help make pizzas did not wash his hands was scratching his forehead and again did not wash his hands

I ordered online to get my order delivered and the whole situation was horrible. I tried to contact doordash, because according to them that’s the procedure, then I contacted the store and even through Little Caesars the store wouldn’t respond. I had to drive to the store, and was told they can’t do anything about it. They gave me the pizza back but the $12 fee wasn’t even waived. Very rude, very disrespectful and also inconvenient. It seems like the team that was on shift this time is not fit to be left alone because there wasn’t a manager when I requested one. Other times I been very satisfied with the service but today it fell very short.

Horrible customer service! If I could rate this a 0 I would! Cashier Kimberly H. Mistreated a less fortunate man horribly!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when she practically thew his change at him! When it was my turn to order she had such a bad attitude asking if that’s all I needed?!! I told her to loose her attitude and maybe find a job that didn’t interact with people! Level it up Little Caesar’s are you hiring anyone these days???

I’ve gone to this store several times in the past year, and they always get something wrong. They give us the wrong pizza, or the ICB or Crazy Bread doesn’t have the butter or parm on it, there’s always at least one thing wrong. I order a half cheese half pep and every time I get a normal full pep. The times I’ve tried to talk to the employees, they are always dissociated and unhelpful. Not going here again.
