Very, very slow. Haven’t been here in awhile because of previous terrible experiences. Thought I’d try again tonight… Big mistake!!!! Pizza wasn’t ready until 30 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time. I’ll usually drive to a location that’s farther away from my home because it’s run so much more professionally. Truly terrible service! Honestly, some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

3 times i order the crazy crust and didn’t get what I ordered. I’m already home so I just let it go twice. The 3rd time I complained through the app. Corporate give me a ticket number to fix things, but when I went to the location, they told me I would have to pay. After complaining again through the app, the location calls and says that NOW they would fix it, but you’re too late. I see how you treated me and don’t feel like you actually care

I went in there to pick up my pizzas and i had put in the code and it didn’t work and i was waiting so an employee could help me out but they were just walking around and did not give me the time of day even tho they had seen me standing there. I probably waited for about 10 minutes until they attended me. the employee only came out when there was like 5 people waiting. I was there first and was not helped out until the very end. Not only that but the employee was so rude i had asked her if my pizzas were ready and she said if it’s not on there it’s not ready even tho it was there the code just didn’t work and she walked away before i could let her know that. she had a very rude attitude.

Horrible experience. I placed an order for 3 pizzas well in advance for an event and called day of to confirm. They said they would have the pizzas ready by 5. When I arrived, they said they hadn’t started on my order. Have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Horrible service and experience, go to any other spot but here.

It looks like it the same girl with her attitude and very rude she does not need to be working a cash register she should be sweeping or in the back and it’s Ashley s. I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks that the guy behind me was trying to get his pizza portal he told her it’s not working she just told him put the code in come to find out it was sitting in the back and all she had to do was check please retrain her or hire someone that might wanna be there!!

Theres always a really rude cashier whenever i go. she throws the pizzas at you and uses a very rude tone even at a simple question. Pizzas are never cut right, never in right slots (and cashier gets mad when you bring it up!) and theres always an issue with my order.. just ridiculous .

I went there today after I picked up my kids. when I went back in to check on my pizza the cashier was extremely rude. She said “I told you 40 minutes!” and I responded and said no, you said 30 min. And she responds with “well it’s not ready so you’re going to have to wait”. She has zero customer service, she was rude not just to me but to other customers. She needs to get re-trained. My receipt said “Ashley S.” was my cashier. After the interaction she gave me the pizza which WAS ready. Never going there again. Terrible worker running the cash register.

This place goes from bad to terrible. 6 years ago they knew how to make pizzas. Right now I don’t know what they’re doing, it’s disgusting. They should teach the staff how to prepare pizzas. They are the worst pizzeria. Look at the difference before and now.

This location is always an issue but today was the last straw. There were only 2 Employees working on Tuesday April 1st 2025 they were clearly understaffed and they weren’t answering the phone. I called and was hung up on 3 times prior too arriving and then observed the same thing being done to potential other guests. I arrived and was told my order would take 45mins to an hour for 1 pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. This is absolutely terrible for business. And they clearly don’t care about the job they are doing, if I have to go home and cut my own pizza as it not even cut all the way through. I am throughly disappointed in this experience and will be writing a review on google as well.
