Young white female 01-10-26 not only gave me someone else’s order. She still overcharged me for something I got. I was charged for 3- 2topping pizzas and extra cheese on one cheese pizza but went home to 3-1 topping pizzas and a regular cheese pizza.
I could’ve easily waited for my order to be corrected and asked for my refund but a quick dinner was on my mind.
I know now to either never come back to this location or double check my order for-sure when coming here.

If I could have give less stars I would, pizza cold was told order was waiting on breadsticks. Finally 20 min later breadsticks ready? So tell my why they were cold too? Heard them telling customers it was going to be a 2 hour wait ? Pizza wasn’t in portal to stay warm ? No hot n ready’s available ? This should be made right ? Hopefully soon! Customers in and out because of the wait. Are these fast food workers getting $20 per hour then having a 2 hour wait they making bank ?

I have been buying pizzas here for many many years. I know the quality isn’t always top notch, but it’s affordable & fast, which my kids, and my wallet can appreciate. Today however on the way back from the beach, we must have gotten one of the rookies to bake and cut our pie… in the box. My kids enjoyed peeling the cheese and toppings off the thin crust still stuck to the box, but not me.

Food: I love the thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza with garlic bread! The thin crust was crispy and hot. $8 pizza is worth every penny.
Service: The customer service can be better. I asked, “How are you today?” And the clerk replied, “What can I get you?” Improve customer service.

The last 2 pizza’s I ordered were deep dish. Usually they are square but unfortunately the last 2 I received were oval and a lot smaller than before. They also can’t cut them into 4 equal pieces so I got 1 big, 1 small, 1 skinny and 1 really small. For $10, I was disappointed with the size and the cut.

Places order online went to pick it up 5 minutes after ap said it’d be ready and when I arrived they said it would be 25 minutes. They didn’t even begin the order until I arrived. Poorest CS ever

They messed up my order. I called to ask for a refund and the guy that answered was great. He apologized offered to remake our pizza but we were tired so he just refunded that pizza. Super professional.

The hours said it closes at 11 pm, but I arrived six minutes early and it was already closed. When I parked, there was an employee who hid as soon as he saw me get out of the car, I imagine to make it seem like no one was there. Very bad service.

Unhappy because this location pizza is always good. Placed a phone order and was told my order would be ready at 5:40. I get inside it’s a mad house and one girl working the register on a busy Friday where everyone and their Mama is ordering pizza. I’m standing in line getting frustrated because people walking in the store have no manners and cut in front of everyone to ask for their order. I finally was gonna pay and it’s 5:40 and I asked the lady if my order was ready and she said no. I asked how long the wait was and she said I don’t know. What bothers me is the gentleman who walked in way after me asked the employee she stated 10 minutes. Very frustrated Iwalked out .
