I ordered two stuffed pizzas last night for $31 with a $5 tip. When I arrived it wasn’t ready which isn’t a big deal and the service was good. The employees were polite and helpful, however my issue lies with the quality of the pizza given to me. Both pizzas were slightly undercooked, mind you I ordered well done. That’s fixable although rather frustrating, I reheated them in the oven to make it more edible. The larger issue that really set me off is after paying $40 for slightly uncooked pizza, I find hair in it. I wish I took more photos but I only took a photo of a long hair I found in the pizza. Will not be coming back to this location. To be clear, I’m not usually one to leave a review, let alone a negative one. It’s upsetting to have wasted money on this pizza. Thanks for reading.

Very concerned about their infection control and food handling at this location. Visibly saw an employee texting, taking orders (handling money) and going straight to sprinkle cheese on a pizza. One employee walked in from break I’m assuming, clocked back in and got straight to work. Please teach your employees about proper hand washing.

I ordered a Detroit Style pizza with Sausage, Pepper, and onion.

Delicious pizza, ordered Hawaiian pizza and plain cheese pizza. Good value. There was a waiting line when we arrived but the service was quick.

Ordered online to be delivered to our hotel (Hyatt Regency). Left instructions along with room number. it conveniently arrived at the front desk, and the hotel rang us to come collect it. Full marks and great pizza, not the ideal temperature, but I’m not complaining!

Out of all the times I’ve been coming here, I never had a problem until today(06/11/25). My gf and I ordered two pizzas, wings, and cheese crazy puffs. When we got to the pizza portal, everything was there except for the puffs. When we asked about them, come to find out THEY NEVER MADE IT! We asked for a refund they basically said they can’t. So now I have to wait an additional 15 MINUTES BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE INCOMPETENT. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!

Babbaaaaay I been coming to this little Cesar’s for yeears. Love the staff and the food. But I recently ordered a crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza that changed everything. I was pooping straight brown sludge and water for 24 hours. I had to go to the ER because I was so dehydrated. I don’t know if it was from cross contamination or undercooked food but I paid to get sick. I’m not using my real name because I don’t want someone to see my pickup order and retaliate or something. The morning crew is always great. This time I ordered later in the day.

I was thinking of giving them a 4 star due to the long wait time, but what can one expect when they’re so busy. It’s an alright place, just don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Best would be to call and make the order from home, then go pick it up.
