m really disappointed with my experience at this Little Caesars location. I placed an order for two pizzas, which should be quick and simple, but I ended up waiting 30–35 minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of “Hot-N-Ready.”
There was no update, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. If it’s going to take that long, customers should at least be told ahead of time.
By the time I finally got my order, the whole experience felt frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not the fast service I expected.

It is pointless to have the pizza kiosk when they make you wait to pickup. It’s happened a out 3 times already where I go in expecting to just put a code in to get my pizza and go, and am forced to wait to pick up at the register because they don’t put the pizzas inside the kiosk. And they still ask you to input the pin at the kiosk even if your order isnt there. Why have a kiosk when youre not gonna use it?

I went to buy a lunch pizza, arrived around 1:50pm and they had 2 pizza’s ready. They are understaffed and the lady that was helping at the cashier took long in the back grabbing an order which when she started helping me it was 2:01pm, when I asked for the lunch pizza she said she was not able to sell it to me, then started asking someone in the back what she could do, she was giving me the run around, 3 minutes later, I was upset and just told her to keep her pizza. If you already have it out-there why not sell it and not make a big deal. I left the store without a pizza. I am a customer for years at little ceasars and today I was dissapointed.

Wish I can give it 0 stars had mold on my pizza the rude manager whether it be Esperanza or Alicia denied it being mold when I took the pizza to them Alicia the so called person in charge said thats how mushrooms look then threatened to call security on my father and I while also kicking out another customer because she talked to us. Worst experience I’m disgusted by the food and the people in charge of the place they could care less about what they are feeding people. If she was in denial of it being mold let’s see if she would dare eat the pizza because unfortunately my family did and we didn’t feel good after. Neither the food nor the way we were treated made us feel any better.

I want to say this location is either a hit or miss, but it’s almost always a miss. I just got pizza from there and it’s more bread than pizza. Driest pizza I’ve ever had. Is this location in a budget or something that they can’t put enough cheese and sauce?
This is why I almost always go to the Little Caesars in Atlantic because their pizza NEVER misses. If anyone can, I highly encourage making the drive to that location and getting their pizza.
The Little Caesars in Atlantic’s pizza crust is buttery, pizza is fluffy, and the proportions are what they should be.
The location is Bell Gardens is trash. Also, they almost never cut their pizza good (or, at least, the ones I get). It’s like getting a whole uncut pizza with the way I have to yank the pieces and end up with odd, puzzle-like pizza slices.
I give up on this place. Hopefully their pizza improves.

Currently writing this review as I’m still sitting and waiting for my order…. What was a 15-20 min wait for a classic pizza and Italian bread cheese bread has now turned into a 35 minute and counting wait time. I went in at the 20 minutes mark and they told me it was still pending, then I to in again at the 20 minutes mark trying to be patient and they still tell me they’re waiting on the Italian cheese bread? Absolutely terrible service. Everyone is running around the back kitchen area like chickens with their heads cut off! Save yourself some time and make the drive a little further
