This place needs a serious tubing replacement. The air in there smells sooo bad. I love the service but it literally makes me think twice about coming back because when I do the smell just gets worse. Mr. OWNER YOUR PLACE SMELLS. FIX IT. OUR FOOD IS BEING MADE AROUND STOOL molecules.

This location is an absolute mess. Every time I order pizza to pick up in this location through the portal I have problems. I’ve bought premium pizzas, went home and then realized that the pizzas were incorrect, I’ve come to pick up orders in the portal and don’t be missing a pizza or crazy bread but today I was really agitated by the lady working the counter. I walked in to pick up my pizza in the portal and there was only one of three pizzas there. When I let the lady know that there was only one pizza in the portal and two missing from the secondary portal she accused me of taking the pizzas from the portal. She saw me walking she saw me standing for about 3 minutes as she attended a customer not once did I take a pizza outside the store and for me to be accused of taking the pizzas which were actually not even in the portal and in the oven was highly offensive.

This place is horrible The staff didn’t have orders ready for pick up for more than 20 mins after delivery service arrive. Then the pizza that was received was horrible and would give 0 stars. Greasy bland and little cheese. You can tell zero care about any pizza created here, skip this place completely and go to Brooklyn avenue Pizza to get something quality or go to Shakey’s. The delivery person showed up and they were stuck waiting at this facility as we did not order typical dinner time around 3pm should not be that busy.

Service here it’s really bad. Staff is so disorganized. This last time they lost my order. Even though I had received a notification that my order was ready, I went to the portal and nothing there I tried to speak to a person at the counter, and nobody knew about my order. 30 after I had been there they wanted to start my order. I just wanted a refund. So this place service is really bad.

Gavin was super helpful and friendly. He helped me order the # of pizzas I needed for our students and he also made the effort for me to get them before my expected time after there was a change of schedule.
