Assembly line pizza, nothing special and nothing to brag about. I usually get 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese, as do many many others, thus I’d expect those to be readily available. I thought they’d made a certain amount every 30 minutes based on “busy times” like Friday night (when you’re tired and the kids will go for pizza for dinner). This time the lobby was full, 1 staffer taking orders, 1 making pizza, and between orders running back to help… still its pizza and the kids will eat it… the price has gone up a bit and they do offer a bigger variety. I order a cheese pizza got back a bell pepper on my pizza sent it back it was little cheese and I no they deliberately that was done and customer service is so rude can you believe she was speaking English and then when she didn’t won’t me to no what she said she start speaking Spanish so rude and the manager wasn’t no better check your food and the staff need to stop targeting the customers

Came in at 6pm. Yes it was busy, yes it is a Saturday but they weren’t even taking orders. We waited there for a while and all the “cashier” was doing was walking back and forth…. How about they take our orders even if we wait a little because by the time they would have taken my order I was going to have to wait even more…. I walked out. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Normally, I like their pizzas but this time I was a very dissatisfied customer. I wanted to call and complain but my son who had purchased the pizzas didn’t want me to make a big deal out of it since normally the pizzas are made very well. This time my pizza was a little on the burnt or crispy side with very little sauce or cheese. I wanted to return them but since I wasn’t the one to pay for them, I stopped complaining and left them for my son to eat.

So i called around 8:40 to make my order, i was there at the store at 9:02. (They close at 9pm) when i arrived the whole store was cleaned up, If you close at 9pm the store should still have some mess, it was spotless clean as if they closed before time. It doesn’t matter if someone calls at 9:55pm you answer to phone, or take an order until 9PM! Because you CLOSE AT 9PM not, 8:30, 8:50 but at 9PM and start cleaning after! There were 3 girls in there i took a video of all three, One of the girls was sweeping and I spoke with her and she gave me attitude only because i told her I had ordered on the phone and she told me, “Yea we closed, we threw them away!” It was barely 9:02pm . You couldn’t wait 5mins!? Worse service I had ever received in my life‼️ Of I could rate time 1-5 it was be a negative 5 (-5)
