I ordered two crazy crust pizzas and didn’t get what I paid for. When I got home, I noticed there was no butter or cheese on the crust. I got regular stuffed crust pizzas. I called them, and they said I could come back with the receipt and picture, and they could give me back the difference. the next day, I went, but they told me I couldn’t get the difference back, but I could have some bread sticks. when I told the lady I had already talked to someone over the phone, she went back to talk to the manager came back saying I could only get the bread sticks so I ended up not getting my money back. after this bad experience, i don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again

If you made your order online they don’t put your stuff in the pizza portal. You have to get in line to ask for it and that’s ridiculous because what’s the point about ordering ahead. South Gate Little Caesar’s is way better in service and food quality.

What even is this. I asked for a double pepperoni well done pizza, and I was given this by the worker straight from the oven where all pizzas have already been made. Clearly this isn’t double pepperoni and not to mention the way it is cut. And of course it is not cooked thoroughly as you can see.

Not today, they did wait 30 minutes and on top of that they invited me with my card. It’s what makes me most angry because it seems like a 5-year-old child is doing it. The truth is, it’s rude to charge me like that.

Nothing was ready at 7:40. They didn’t even know my order existed.

I absolutely understand it’s Saturday and it’s always gonna be busy, but how is it not anticipated.
Team is unorganized.
