This is the worst Little caesars I have ever been to. Everytime i order online and ask for light cheese and light sauce they never do anything. Today I asked the young kid who looks younger than 12 years old who is supposedly the manager if this looks like light cheese and sauce he said yes. I told him. To get his eyes checked and he threatened me and said I was not welcome there anymore. I don’t know whose hiring this kids to cook my food and manage an establishment like this but they better check again because they are so incompetent and have no respect for their elders. This place deserves no stars. Horrible. They have no customer service at all.i will never take my business here. My daughters likes little caesars and she was upset about how her pizza looked.

I have never had a bad experience here. It is amazing! The employees are always very nice. There are many little Caesars around that are very inconsistent with their cook of pie, but these guys have it down.

This is the closest pizza place to my house, and my normal stop on Saturday evening. Tonight was the last time I will go there until they get a manager who pays attention to what these kids are doing, or until they get rid of the young kid with glasses. I hate to be rude, but the last two times visiting this place, he asked me my name 2 and 3 times, then proceeds to put my order in the heat rack, as if he didn’t just read my name on the receipt he just stuck to the pizza box, which was literally 10 seconds after he asked me my name for the second time. I had a feeling it was my order, but I was patient, so I waited a good 10 minutes before realizing my order was not coming out of the oven. I had to go to the counter and get a different kid’s attention and ask where my order was. That’s when he grabbed the stuff that was put in the heat box 10 minutes before. Unreal.

I order pizza and bread sticks, the cashier said it would be about 10 mins and they would call my name when it was ready, so I stayed inside and waited. 25 mins later I asked if it was almost ready and they said “yea it’s just been sitting in the heated fridge for 15 mins” terrible service and the pizza looked like it got ran over by a car.

Pizza was pretty good per usual, but I wanna compliment the way the staff held themselves. I didn’t get their names, but there was this crazy drunk customer lady that came in there and started screaming and cussing out the guy who was in charge, even though I could tell they’d done nothing but making her order. They were very professional in dealing with her, so props to them for that.

On October 13th at approximately 1350 hours I walked in to place a order. I wanted to order the cheese puffs without sauce, due to heartburn. A WMA with age between 18-23 and eat gauges informed he could not do it. I told him I’ve been him previous times and they have done it for me. Then he proceeded to tell me well it’s gona take 30 minutes??? If he didn’t want to do the order I would have respected the truth but instead he gave me the round around. Worst customer service ever.

Fast and Cheap pizza. If you want to change their “norm”…well, I think it freaks them out. We wanted lite sauce. There was hardly any sauce at all. If you want extra pepperoni…hah!!! That has never happened. So, moral to the story, buy what they have and don’t expect anything at all in the way of service! We don’t go often, but sometimes it’s a really quick way to get a hot meal. Maybe twice a year for us.
