This place has gone down hill. It used to be the best Little Caesars location in this area of the city. But I can’t say that anymore. On three occasions in the last two years I was given a pizza clearly not what I ordered and which was obviously a past-throwout time hot-n-ready pizza. Also there’s essentially never anyone at the desk. You have to wait for a while for anyone to come up if you need anything. On a couple dozen occasions I got a pizza which was not cut properly or not cut at all with just light scoring on the top.

And now recently in the last two months five pizzas were given to me with nearly raw, very undercooked and mushy dough. I’m worried eating this will make me sick, and it’s gross in any case. It’s inedible without taking it home and reheating it, which messes up the toppings.

The whole nation knows that you offer the best meal deals in this tough economy, but for goodness’ sake, please improve the quality of preparing your food. The pictures show just how poorly your breadsticks were prepared. I usually prefer Pizza Hut, but my 3-year-old isn’t as enthusiastic about it and prefers Little Caesars, which is great for my budget. Please prepare the food better!

Salty Sauce
I used a promo code for an order. Accidently placed the order with the wrong location. Right away, I realized and looked for a way to cancel but could not find it. I tried calling but it was too difficult to reach someone in the store. Even after calling the number and I did reach someone, the person told me I had to call back and pick a different option. Why so difficult? Even after all of this, I did call back again. For some reason I got sent to Spanish operator. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. On hold once again but this time when someone picked up, they hung up before I had a chance to say a word. Horrible phone system and I wasted my promo and about 25 minutes of frustration. Hard pass

Update : I had a deal so, i decided to try again NOT WORTH IT. 35 minutes for one pizza and then they gave me the wrong pizza and didn’t give me the sauce for the crazy crust. Not even mentioning the pizza again seems old and stale. It was cold by the time I got home. I tried calling the store twice and it kept dropping the call so I called the national number and sat on hold for around 25 more minutes. Now the pizza is really cold. I got to remember to stop leaving tips because why should I tip for garbage? Changing down to 1 star. I tried but this is not how i want to spend my afternoon.

I placed an order online after hours and I went and they still tell me 10 more minutes, I never picked up the order like I do for a refund, that was with my customers and they were all upset by the orders that were ready by the system and the orders were not ready in the store, a total lack of control, this is my second inconvenience in the same store, the owners should check the cameras from 8:30 to 9:00 1/30/2026, they left the front desk alone for more than 15 minutes, what bothers me most is waiting
with a small baby… I do not recommend this store or they should change the manager and have a more efficient person

If you come here looking for Detroit-Style Deep Dish, don’t.

When we walked in, we were greeted by an unenthusiastic employee who spoke to us in a rather condescending tone and it created a depressing environment. She didn’t even look us in the eye.

We waited too long to receive our pizza and when we did get it, it was warm at best. When we finally got home and opened it, it wasn’t sliced at all. The sauce was lazily spread onto the pizza, leaving some slices barren and others drenched. The crust was almost puffed out and not at all as crispy or sharp as shown in any pictures on the menu. This pizza was clearly undercooked.

All in all, this was a saddening experience. Thank you Mareta W., we won’t be coming back.

NEVERRRR will I ever order pizza here again. The box was hot I glance at it got home which I stay walking distance and the pizza was so dang hard like cardboard. Most of the cheese was hard and burnt smh Highly disappointed do not recommend

Ordered Little Caesars online and used the portal pickup. So easy! Just enter your 3 digit code at the store and out comes your pizza. The stuffed crust pizza was awesome, and the thin crust was good but could’ve used a little more cheese since we paid for extra cheese. Overall for the price it was a good deal. Pizza Pizza!

Don’t go to this location, this was detestable and such lazy service . We called just to request a remake of the pizza shown below, not even the entire order and the store employee continued to state because it was delivered , it was not their fault before we were able to completely describe the pizza, weird right !? But not even the beginning we continued to just request the replacement and she stated she would replace it. My husband goes to obtain the replacement the manager proceeds to let him know the pizza was cut ( think we’re all looking at the same pizza) but she will replace the pizza & “thanks for the Google review” as if it was a threat, then the cook proceeded to ask was “that them” as she walked into the kitchen, my husband didn’t feel it was safe to return because of that exchange, in fear that they would do something to our food if they were to replace it because we reviewed their poor service.Hope this helped your position Ms lady

I decided to give this place another chance after several years of staying away. I quit coming here because the Hot and Ready items advertised were never available. I noticed today that they had simple online ordering. The ordering system is good. But it stops there. I ordered at 6:40, with a promised time to pick up between 7:10 and 7:15. I was amused, since everything I ordered is on the Hot and Ready menu, so I knew that still was a thing. I arrived at 7:15. The lobby was full of annoyed customers waiting for their food. One door dash driver was told that they couldn’t find her pizza, so she cancelled and left. I finally got my order at 7:37. I live about 4 minutes away. I got home and everything was cold, there was little cheese and alot of bare spots on the pizza, as shown in photos. I gave Little Caesars another shot, and they missed. I won’t make that mistake again.
