Don’t order from here put my order in and it was ready,they started calling the names that were done but some how skipped mine the 4 times she went back and now the pizza cold after 20 mins waiting in line didn’t offer to remake or anything done with this location. I get home and look this disaster of pizza smh do better

Went personally and ordered 5 pizzas on a Tuesday. First little Caesars I stopped at I waited 45 minutes in line and never got to the counter. Went to this one and was able to order my pizzas after waiting in line for 25 minutes. 2 cheese, 2 pepperoni, and a pretzel crust. All of the pizzas were correct except the pretzel crust. Reordered it and got the same thing. It’s supposed to be a thick crust with sprinkled salt and a cheese sauce over top. All of the pizzas were dry, over cooked , and unflavorful. Wouldn’t recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. They told me it was going to be an hour wait for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. They had zero pizzas ready. Not even for the online pick up orders. People had been waiting 45 minutes for pizza that should have already been ready. Workers behind the counter seemed to want to goof off and joke around with each other rather than make pizzas. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. It clearly needs new management.

Been wanting to try these Crazy Puffs because it looked so good. When we opened the box it was super burnt ! So dry in the inside , barely any meat or cheese. Location is not it. Lots of people hanging out , outside of the location looking so suspicious. Don’t really like coming to this location but it closest.

Only Had one employee working the front desk. Everyone could see full orders were being loaded on a rack behind the counter, not being called out. About 10 people in line waiting for orders that were purchased through the app, saying they were ready still having to wait, then when I finally got my order which was pulled off the rack. I VISITED THIS LOCATION AROUND 4 ALMOST 5 PM AND SAW A GROUP OF PEOPLE STANDING IN TWO SEPARATE LINES . SOME HAD ONLINE ORDERS AND OTHERS WERE WAITING TO PLACE AN ORDER. I ASKED A FEW PEOPLE THAT WERE WAITING HAVE THEY BEEN WAITING FOR A WHILE AND THEY SAID THEY’VE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES TO BE HELPED. A TALL MALE INDIVIDUAL CAME UP TO THE COUNTER AND SAID THEY WERE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS BECAUSE THEY WERE BEHIND ON ORDERS. SO I ASKED HIM ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THAT. HE SAID NO BUT THEY ARE BEHIND SO HE ISNT TAKING ANY ORDERS FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. SO I SAID 30 MINUTES IS CRAZY AND HE TRIED TO REDIRECT ME TO ORDER ONLINE . I TOLD HIM I WASNT ORDERING ONLINE IF THE WAIT TIME IS THE SAME , ILL JUST WAIT AND PLACE MY ORDER AT THE COUNTER. AS HE WALKED OFF TO GO TALK TO THE TWO INDIVIDUALS THAT WERE PREPARING THE ODERS I HEARD THE INDIVIDUAL MAKING THE PIZZAS (PICTURE WILL BE INCLUDED) SAY “DIDNT YOU TELL HER THAT YOU WERE’NT TAKING ANY ORDERS ?” THE OTHER MALE INDIVIDUAL RESPONDED AND SAID “YEAH” SO THEN HE PROCEEDED TO SAY “THEN WHY IS SHE STILL HERE” AND THEY BOTH BEGIN TO LAUGH. A FEW MINUTES LATER MY ORDER WAS TAKEN AND THEN THE TALL INDIVIDUAL RETURNED BACK TO THE PIZZA PREPER AND HE BEGIN TO TELL HIM “SHOULD I PUT ALOT OF SALT ON HER FOOD” THEN THEY BEGIN LAUGHING AGAIN. MY ORDER WAS GIVEN TO ME LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED IT , I ASKED FOR NAPKINS AND HE SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY SO I LEFT. I ATE TWO PIECES OF MY ITALIAN CHEESE BREADS AND ONE SLICE OF PIZZA. 5 MINUTES LATER MY CHEST BEGIN TO TIGHTEN AND MY MOUTH FELT TINGLY AND I JUST STARTED FEELING DIZZY. IM NOT SURE IF HE ACTUALLY PUT ALOT OF SALT ON MY FOOD , BUT REGARDLESS OF THE FACT ,THATS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD DEFINITELY BE REACHING OUT FOR A REFUND OR MY ORDER TO BE REMADE . FOLLOWED BY CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND IF THE SITUATION IS’NT RESOLVED I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT AND CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT A CUSTOMER , PLAYING WITH THEIR FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE. IF MY QUESTIONS BOTHERED YOU , YOU COULD HAVE SIMPLY REFUSE TO SERVE ME!!!!!

My pizzas are supposed to be “Hot n Ready” but the workers and the app aren’t synchronized, I’m sitting in there for ten minutes waiting for my online order, meanwhile my food is sitting on a shelf getting cold and not in the hot pickup oven like it’s supposed to be, so I spent $20 for COLD PIZZA? Never again, avoid this place if you want your pizza “Hot n Ready”.

Ordered stuffed pretzel crust pizza. They sent a nlrmal pizza with asalted crust and zero pizza sauce. ♂️ i called customer service and they offered a 25% refund. I said no. Either send the correct pizza or give me a full refund. Now i have to wait 12 buisness days for my refund

Literally the worst Little Caesars location I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been here probably over 20 times each time I place my order ahead hoping that I will have a different experience in the last.
I don’t know maybe I’m insane because I say doing the same thing over and over, but expecting different results is the definition of insanity and that’s exactly what I’ve done with this location.
I have never had a worst experience with any food establishment in my whole entire living, which is quite a while if you consider how often humans eat and this is the absolute worst every time I’m waiting over an hour even if it’s just for one pizza every time the pizza is horrible quality every time.
Something about my order is wrong. Every time there are homeless people outside, begging for money Every time it’s incredibly hot inside there every time you don’t even know where the line is because the workers don’t try to help at all. They just let people fight for themselves to come up to the register. This is just horrible immediately or you shall forever be cursed.
