I was hung up on 3 times, then the fourth they left me on hold until I hung up just over 10 minutes, now I’ve been on hold over 15 minutes! I WISH their calls were recorded but they obviously don’t care enough to do so!!

Tried again: went to E Craig and ordered a simple Pretzel Crust Pepperoni which comes with CHEESE SAUCE, unfortunately they put marinara; it was a huge hassle because E. Craig wouldn’t answer their phone so we had to place a new order (receipt showed CORRECT pizza, was just made wrong). My husband went back a 2nd time and they made it with Marinara AGAIN!! They STILL wouldn’t answer the phone so we’re trying a THIRD TIME to have Camino Al Norte and see if THEY can make their OWN RECIPE!! And btw, they shoved it at him, no apology, no nothing, just rudeness! 🙁
Update: Camino Al Norte does NOT do pretzel crust nor seem to have it, despite it being on their menu!

I have never left a review of a restaurant until now. They got my order wrong 3 separate times, and took over 3 hours to make it the first time. A fellow military service member was told he couldn’t get military discount unless in uniform. They charged him for stuffed crust pizza only to tell him that they don’t have stuffed crust pizza. Told him they wouldn’t do a refund. I love little Ceasars but the world would be better off if this one shut down. Also the kid at the front Alex or whatever his name is, is completely incapable of doing his job at all. He doesn’t know how his system works, and constantly messes up. His other coworkers are constantly mad at him. At the very least he shouldn’t work there anymore, if nothing else changes. Will never come here again, there’s better locations in Vegas that don’t have these problems.

Called in left an order with the call center that I guess works for this area? Went to the store when my pickup order is ready to be picked up they said they haven’t even made my pizzas yet and it just got in their system? Now after waiting an hour they still only have made one of my pizzas because apparently they don’t know how to make the other one? Also well as I was waiting the dude from the back came up and said that they weren’t taking any orders cuz they were overwhelmed even though there was nobody in the store no orders coming in… They need to get management here that knows what they’re doing and how to manage a store because clearly the store is extremely mismanaged literally losing hundreds of dollars an hour because turning away customers because they weren’t making pizzas.not to mention not getting the pizza I ordered pretzel crust pictured with no salt and the wrong sauce????

I ordered through the app for ASAP. It took 10 minutes to drive here, I waited for 20 minutes inside before walking up and asking why my order took so long. My food wasn’t even in the oven yet for the last 30 minutes. They’re in here doing walk ins priority when I ordered a half hour ago. All they have to do is put it in the pick up shelf I don’t understand.

Wife had ordered online and had me go pick up from the pizz portal. It wasn’t until I got home, with only one pizza, that she informed me that she had ordered 3. Had i known that there were supposed to be 3 i would have said something while I was there. Regardless, she ordered 3 and there should have been 3 in the portal. Guess we should have read the reviews before ordering from this location, but didn’t think to do so because little Caesars is usually a safe bet.

We had ordered 3 pizzas and some breadsticks. Got home and the breadsticks were still dough. I wasn’t really upset because this location always seems to be short staffed and are extremely busy. So for in the future can someone just tell me about what temperature to bake them at and for about how long? Again I’m not upset there were only 3 employees and and just the time I was there they had 3 separate orders for about 10 pizzas each, not to mention all the walk in orders. Corporate needs to get them some more employees and again let me know about the temp and time on the breadsticks. TIA

I had ordered online to pick up, when I got there the front of the shop was more the flooded with customers. My pizza said it went in the oven at 7:10 and would be ready at 7:33. When I went in at 7:33 the pizza portal was bone dry and it was apparent no one had received their orders with about 7 to 8 different parties asking where the food was at. I always give packed food businesses the benefit of the doubt and they clearly needed help and the manager in the black shirt wasn’t helping the two workers one bit even with customers getting irritated with the lady at the front counter he never stepped in to help. After 5 or 6 of the parties got their food I stood in line to ask about mine. I reached the counter at 8:06pm almost an hour after my food supposedly “went in the oven”. The lady at the front told me it would be an additional 10 minute wait for my pizza to be ready. An hour and 10 minute cook time is insane. The manager needs to step up and delegate orders better then hes doing. If to many orders come in they’re more then capable of shutting down online orders until they catch up. Taking orders in that you cant fulfill and lying about the time itll be ready leaving all customers waiting is just bad for business. Instead of waiting for my pizza they offered a cheaper alternative with no compensation on the pay to what I ordered. I get home and realized the lady gathering my order shorted me on my bread stick sauce, my pretzels crust pizza wasn’t pretzels crust and both pizzas I received were cold and were warm from the heat lamp they were under. Ridiculous situation and I dont blame the workers its definitely the management . I never saw the manager step away from the computer to see if the team needed help and quite frankly im sure he was just adding more orders he couldn’t fulfill

We just picked up a 14″ Slices-N-Stix and Pepperoni Crazy Puffs. As you can see by the photos, the crazy puffs were not even 1/2″ thick and way overdone. The pizza and crazy puffs both sucked. We will not be returning to Little Caesar’s…we will go back to their competitor who makes a much better pizza. Even with a coupon, this meal was not worth the money.
