This has got to be the slowest pizza place in town. I ordered a cheese bread 45 minutes ago. I got here and they told me orders are taking 45 minutes and it’s not ready. She can’t even find my ticket. They dont answer the phone if you try to order. Little Caesars used to be a good chain. It’s too bad they’re terrible now.

Crazy bread had almost no seasoning on it and was stale, threw away after one bite, not one piece was worth eating. Pizza was cut crazy clearly they took no time to do this, 3 gaint pieces and 2 tiny ones. Ordered the extra most and had hardly any toppings, one slice that was gained had almost not pepperoni. Quality control and wait time is a huge issue here.

This is the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Hot and ready does not exist here. I order through the mobile app, show up and it’s not even started. I thought ok it’s kind of busy people make mistakes. Next time I order through the app make a payment right at 10 when they open it says order should be ready about 10:30. I get here and they’re not even open yet. When I tell the girl at the register I would like a refund, she’s rude to me. They should hire all new staff or shut this one down

I would really like to thank everyone that were working tonight especially the love they showed .I went to two other locations after I already have placed an order at 10:15 and they said that they couldn’t find my order that they weren’t able to make more pizzas. This place stayed open to fulfill my order even after they were closed. Hands down best place to come

If I could leave zeros I would, after this i will be doing a complaint to the better business bureau.. I place my pizza order in at 6:45 pm, was told to pick at 8:00 pm, stood in and got to the counter at 8:03 pm, and was told by the staff that they needed another 20bminutes, the staff began to giggle as they were saying it!!! , the manager on duty said i see your order here give me 5 minutes… went out to tell the wife. Went back in to be told they apologize it will be another 20 minutes.. this location never has hot ready pizza as the slogan says!!! I wasted my time and energy after being at work at 3am, all I wanted was to spend a relaxing night with the family. This location needs NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES.. I paid by card and did not get a refund… Corporate needs to order a pizza from there as a secret shopper! This is ridiculous

This has to be the worst Little Caesars in Las Vegas. I ordered my food an hour. Ago I come to the store when it says it’s supposed to be ready. And they tell me another hour. It’s super slow and the customer service is trash. This was my first and last time coming. I would have asked for a refund but they where so rude and the language they used. I don’t believe they would have gotten that right.

Corporate really needs to come check this place out! The wait time is insane and to top it off not even worth the wait for unseasoned food! Then the is the customer service!! Totally ignored me when I went in to order pizza. Heard employees’ full conversations while I was standing at the register to order. Employees walking past the register never acknowledged me to take my order. I ended up ordering online and returning to my car before ever being asked to place an order. Poor service. Should add more staff , 2 people just not enough…

Just don’t … Caesars used to be pretty good, cheap pizza that you could get quickly… It is far from that now.
You routinely have to wait at least an hour because they’re always behind. In my case it was over 2 hours, on multiple occasions.
The staff obviously does not get paid enough to care… And there’s nothing you can do or and you want to complain to.
Save your money, get better pizza in a reasonable amount of time elsewhere.
