I get there and there is no one in the front . It took a while for someone to come to the front. I asked for three pizzas and crazy bread. I observed the guys in the back on their phones and just being careless. I received my crazy bread and it was all curled up and I noticed when I got home , it was still raw dough .

As I was waiting patiently for my pepperoni pizza with my nephew in the car right in front of the little Caesar’s some lady in a marine shirt walked in and not even 5min passed we witnessed her harassing and taking pictures of a young worker which was really weird and we felt really bad but we are happy with our freshly cooked hot n ready pizza came out delicious, loved it, was still hot when we got home

Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and my pizza was ready for at least 10. Dude working the counter would come to the front once every 5 minutes take an order then go to the back before I could re ask about my order. Do better hire more people little ceasars. With the volume I see every day it’s certainly possible. Greed

Does your paycheck get docked if you use sauce on the pizzas? Because of the 2 pizzas that I purchased not one had any sauce. On top of the DRY pizzas, if you can even call it that, I was supposed to receive a stuffed pretzel crust. I want you to take a look at the photos, not a pretzel in sight. Instead I received a regular pizza with SALT ROCKS sprinkles on. I get that this is a fast food version of pizza but this is ridiculous, I tried calling but it’s not even worth the gas to go back and dispute it in person.

The lady upfront would disappear for long periods of time. No attempt to get people their pizzas. Over 20 people waiting on pizza. Some people walking to the back to find their orders. Avoid this location.

Ordered 2 pizzas online at 5:46 PM. The order took 2 hours, went through 4 driver swaps, and arrived at 7:50 PM cold, burnt, and the crust underneath smelled like pee! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this location. Every order seems to go wrong. Extremely disappointing. I will not order from this store again.

On multiple occasions I’ve had to ask for a refund due to the wait time !! Today was the same i ordered my pizza at 6:59 PM it said ready time would be 7:22 i went in at the ready time and was there till 8 PM and my order was still not even being prepared. I had to ask for a refund, over an hour wait for little Caesar’s to which they rarely make the pizzas right as well the only reason we would come to this location often is convenience it is really close to my house and i have 4 kids so it’s nice not having to travel far. Orders that were made ahead of time are not prioritized. Instead they continued to make a ton of Hot n Readys for walks ins. there were over 10 people in there waiting for there online order on top of door dashers. Only two workers making orders & they do not tend to the front until someone makes a fuss to check if their orders ready , they will continue to ignore you until then. Very understaffed, they need to have a cut off of order acceptance if they do not have the man power to make them. Instead of this being a quick order for a rough long day caused a bigger inconvenience in my day & upset kids with no pizza.

Place an online order I’ve arrived and my order wasn’t ready only one pizza and one crazy bread sticks . Ben waiting 45 minutes they need more employees at this location young kids are being overworked and they are very overwhelmed. This is not the employees fault this is corporate and poor management

This spot has no customer service at all. No one comes to the counter to assist. Everyone hides behind the ovens. Just left because the girl said my pizza won’t be ready for an hour. New management needed here ASAP.

Just ordered pizza and it was not prepared and cut properly I guess I caught them during rush hour and they just rushed thru it. My crust was almost triple its normal size because they didn add the Sauce all the way to the top where it’s suppose to go.
