I can’t stand when I go into this location on eastern and horizon ridge. No one is ever in the front to greet you or take your order. You have to get their attention from the back to even realize a customer walked in.. they got my whole order wrong last time too and had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get it right. They need to do better with their customer service as well. The employees barely speak to you, feels robotic. They have to remember there are other pizza places to go to and should care how they treat people.

I’m extremely upset because I had waited for my pizza for over 15 minutes.I came to check if it was ready.The order hadn’t even been put in. All I ordered was a half cheese half pepperoni. I’m more frustrated because I tip them . It’s really annoying that people can’t do their job. Especially when you tip them. I understand mistakes happen but it wasn’t even busy. This was at 820 at night when I have put my order in and I came to pick it up at 840. Definitely not worth the money or time .

Walked in this afternoon.. asked “hey, that hot and ready there… How long has it been there?” Lady said “oh only 20 minutes” I trusted her… what a liar. I took a bite within 3 minutes, it was stale… okay.. swing and a miss right??? I wasn’t going to write this review as it’s a cheap pizza… but guess what??? I FOUND HAIR IN MY PIZZA… WHAT IN THE HELL… beyond disgusting on top of the flat out lie told to me. The pizza was easily 1-2 hours old… even re heating in an air fryer,… it simply just won’t get crispy and yummy.. I’m grossed out by this location and now I won’t go to little Caesar’s. Come on guys!

Ordered a pretzel pizza, and it was just a regular hot and ready pizza with flaky salt on the crust. No pretzel dough, no cheese sauce… all I got was broken promises.

Cold and NEVER READY! Little Caesars bases its business on being Hot and Ready. Haven’t bought a pizza from this location in a year while walking because they NEVER have one ready to go. Order online it’s fine, but this location is never ready with a quick $6 pizza. “It’ll be 12 minutes.” Should be posted on the front door.
