This is not a good location to order from. The pizza is always cut awfully and never cut all the way. Tonight my order was completely wrong (view photos for reference). Wings weren’t supposed to be sauced. Wrong pizza as well. Very frustrating to spend that much money on the wrong order and having to call to get a refund. I did a build your own pizza which was more than double the price of one of their normal pizzas and they just gave us 2 plain pepperoni. I don’t know if we just got the wrong order or if the workers were too lazy to actually make the pizza we ordered. Then the delivery driver is going to be impacted by this too because I’m sure they won’t get their tip now. Overall very upsetting. Go to a different location!

After a long day at work my husband had me order pizza so I didn’t have to make dinner… I’m very disappointed in the food I got.. you tell me if you think I got what I ordered.. I ordered 2 Detroit slices and sticks terrible.. I really wanted cheesy bread and all I got is crust. What a waste.

Really disappointed. They gave me cold food and did not remedy the issue at all . I tried to call the store to ask for a refund I have been on hold for 30 mins ! They do not keep food hot unless you pay in advance ?! They have warmers but don’t give you warm food . They made me wait an extra 15 mins cause they couldn’t find my order it was on the bottom racks getting cold !!! Food not hot and ready food was cold and repulsive. I work in food production so this is disgusting avoid this location . It’s a bunch of kids running it into the ground . Not only that but they baked charcoal or something black into my Pizza !!! I took pictures revolting!!! I can’t believe this crap !!!

9/24 I ordered a delivery order from Little Caesars of 2 Pizzas and 3 orders of Crazy Puffs. The order arrived quickly but was inedible. The Crazy Puffs were thin and hard as rocks. It was obvious they had sent us 3 boxes of Crazy Puffs that had been sitting somewhere for hours if not days. I tried contacting the store immediately but they never picked up the phone. I tried calling again twice the next day, but again there was no answer. Someone needs to be fired, they are going to make someone sick!! It is clear they do not care about working there.

Terrible location. This location has by far gone so down and for some reason corporate does NOT care. If you look at reviews they have gone far back for months. The staff is terrible. The food is not cooked right and it seems like they can never get people’s orders right. I tried to call the store because of the undercooked break and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. They need to shut it down ASAP.

Since little Ceasars started their online orders, the service has gone down the drain. Their wait times are extremely inaccurate making lots of customer upset. We placed and order that stated a 1 hr wait. We waited 2 hrs before heading to the restaurant and it was chaos. I suggest little Cesars updates their wait times to reflect proper accurate time to customers. If a person orders and the wait time reflect 3 hrs, sure you might lose a sell but it will keep customers happier who are willing to wait. Another suggestion is separating online orders from uber and dash door. Prioratize pickup orders from customer that use your app and walk ins. Im not a professional business person but yall got to get it together.

Little Ceasars, you need to keep your people on check . I use to Love little Ceasars ,but now it’s just a joke .They can’t even cut a pizza the right way ,the pizza and breads sticks have been coming out raw ,burned ,dry, the crazy sauce is less then half way full ,and expensive . It’s not the first time this has happened, you need to start letting go some of those kids that just be goffing around in the back. Terrible customer service also on top of that the long wait that goes for all locations at least if your gonna take long on giving out the order to the customer give it out fresh not something that has been sitting there for over an 1hr. At Least the customer wants something fresh and well done after making them wait for almost an hour .

While delicious this is NOT what I ordered. I asked for a cheese pizza with the pretzel crust and what I received was a thin crust cheese pizza with salt on the edges. I don’t know if they ran out, or if this was done out of pure laziness, but please give the customer what they asked for and give them the OPTION if a substitute is needed.

Ordered online….went to pickup and the whole lobby was full of people’ and twenty more on sidewalk….I knew I was in for a real treat. The pickup bins were empty and they weren’t putting anything in them. I waited 30 minutes and all I did was observe a bunch of frustrated people with thier money gone and no pizza or customer service experience whatsoever. I finally left as I wasn’t wanting to get in argument with any of the other pissed off customers. Gonna gave to call manager tomorrow about refund. Zero stars……dont waste your time..
.corporate ways have killed this place. Not one thing was working tonite. Total failure.
Now I’m back home and I get a email that my pizza is done….but not in portal…..I have to fight through the pissed off crowd to retrieve my paid for pizza that was 1/2 hour late…….total waste of time…..refund!

Everytime I order from here it is never ready at the appointed time. Mind you I order for future pick up at least an hour to an hour and a half ahead of time and it still is never ready. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes to pick it up because for the last few times they have refused to put it in the portal. When I finally receive my food it is always cold. Always. I always have to go home and reheat it in the oven. I might as well have just gone to the grocery store and bought a frozen pizza to heat up.
