This is a poor excuse of a pizza. They took forever to deliver, and then I got pizza with barely any sauce and zero flavor. Normally, the crazy bread is amazing, tonight zero taste. Blandest food I have ever had. So, I call to complain, and just get put on hold. Been on hold almost 6 minutes so far and nobody has answered.

I understand I ordered my food with the $3 t mobile deal with it was straight trash. I think their hot box was too hot because I’ve ordered a pizza from dominoes and pizza hut and didn’t pick it up until 30-45 minutes later and it still tasted good. I got the half pepperoni half cheese sticks and it was dry on both parts. The pizza side literally had no sauce and the stick side was just disgusting. Definitely need to eat this pizza fresh because if not it just tasted like cardboard

I stopped going here for a while because I had to return a pizza for a new one because the crust about 3 inches into the pizza. Today I tried again with a deep dish. This is not it!! This is as flat as a normal pizza and the toppings are supposed to be to the edge. I’m done with this place.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a Slices-N-Stix for $3 so decided to try it! It’s a pizza with half made into a pepperoni pizza and the other half into Italian Cheese Stix (bread with Italian spices and cheese). The pizza was actually really good as it was soft and cheesy. The bread sticks were better than their crazy bread in terms of texture and flavor as well
Ambience: 2/5 – ordered online for pick up. There were random party strings attached to the door. The place where customers stand in was clean and neat but it was chaos behind the counter. Not sure why there was a pizza on the floor but the oven started alarming and some smoke was coming out. Several workers were scrambling on the other side and random patches of flour were in the ground as well….
Service: 5/5 – the Pizza Portal had a note of wait for door to close before it would allow us to take action. However, no doors were open in the front and we couldn’t get past the message. The cashier was handling all the craziness happening in the store and addressed us as soon as he could. He was able to grab our pizza from the back of the portal and a crazy sauce for us
Value for price: 5/5 – great price at $3 for the meal so super worth it as it was quick and tasty

Never have I ever been so disrespected or intimidated over something as small as two cents in my entire life. I honestly left Little Caesars in Carlsbad, NM feeling shocked and upset.
No customer should ever be made to feel that way — especially over something so minor. If this is what they call “giving back to the community,” they really need to rethink it.

If there was less than a star I would have chosen that. The crust was to be parm and butter. The butter is just poured carelessly all over the crust it is not brushed on and most of it is on the pizza and not the crust. The parm didn’t even stick to it is ran off with the butter. This is bs. Can’t even call the store. They don’t answer the phone

I’m very disappointed with the pizza I got. Your pizza usually tastes very good even though it’s never cut all the way through but you had no hot and ready pepperonis ready all you had was one three meat that you charged me $15 something dollars for and it was dry and hard I have a video of me snapping the crust with my fingers I had to use all my force in my fingers to break the crust. It must have been at least 2 hours old. I have been coming to Little Caesars here for quite some time and the service has always been horrendous. The girls today was very fast and friendly but that pizza was old and tasted terrible I fed it to my German Shepherd he didn’t mind it. But I wasted $15 please reach out to me if you would like my business again. I tried to upload a video but I was unable. Pictures don’t do justice on how hard that crust is. It sounds like a finger breaking when you actually get the crust to break. Usually it’s soft. You have very good pizza you just need to get some better management to run that store. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in there and people just stare at you from the kitchen like they could care less if you’re there they’re usually several of them talking together but none of them could come up and say hello can I help you. I’m aware they’re Cooks but when you have one person running the oven and the register and the drive-thru common sense says you need more people working unless people talking in the back. It’s funny you always have a lot of people in the back but you never have pizzas ready.
