Went to the south location after two horrible experiences with the north location and there were 3 young men working. They all went above and beyond to listen to my issues w my order and all three made sure the pizza I received was perfect. I buy pizza from little ceasars about 3 times a week and was about to stop but because of these three young men I will continue to order but only from the south location. I hope I get their names right Noah, Isaac and Isaiah. All 3 were absolutely wonderful and customer service was 10/10 thank you again for caring and doing an exceptional job.

The last 2 orders made were via the app. Pizza, crazy bread combo and wings. Easy peasy. The app said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Both times that I’ve ordered, my name was not on the kiosk(it says to let someone know if it’s not there), but there is rarely someone manning the register. I sat there, along with 3-5 other people, waiting for my order. 25 minutes past the ready time, typically. There is a gal that usually wears headphones, she is great when she is working. She stays busy and does her best to make the orders, get the sticker on them, and get the orders out the door. This review is for the other person’s that feel they need to have a phone in one hand, and making pizzas in the other. I’ve seen other comments about no hair nets, has that become optional in the Food industry now? Because no one at this facility used hair nets or gloves when handling raw and finished foods. I feel there could be so much potential if everyone would take the time to focus on their jobs instead of their phone. Major organization and management is needed. With the right people there, this place could be better!

I am sorry this is getting old and I am so irritated now. I have ordered multiple times because of convenience. But at the few of past most recent orders I have not received all my items. Last night that we ordered they wanted to angry with my husband that we didnt order the crazy bread combo. That is the only one we order cause we like the sauce. Then at that argument they held back one of the brownie set that I ordered.
The past ones they kept the soda I had ordered, the puffs on another order. I am so done and this review had to be done. My husband thinks that they are to comfortable and dont want to please their customers anymore. So we will have to try our business elsewhere.

Went to pick up an order around 9 PM. Waited 10-15 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged employees were on their phones and boxing pizzas instead. The store was packed, and I even saw one customer leave and come back looking frustrated.
Pizza was fine, but the service was terrible. Little Caesars needs to hire employees who actually care about their job and customers.

I don’t usually go to the one near Albertsons supermarket, but the past two times I’ve been by there, it’s been a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and very fresh and hot pizza’s. A smile, a thank you, and a have a blessed day comes from the staff and I tell you some days it’s nice to hear that. I’ll drive accross town just to see them and of course for the fresh pizza’s. Keep up the great service y’all.

The smell got me so dizzy I don’t like the smell gets me sick I have asthma! Your ordinary, well run Little Caesars. Employees were friendly and service was quick. My pizzas were ready probably about fifteen minutes after I called in.
