So… I guess none of the businesses located in this lil strip ever answer the phone… I tried calling Subway and Little Caesars in order to try to see if they could tell me if the Raspados place is open, bc they also never answer the phone, and no one will answer the phone from any of these businesses regardless of the time of day that you try to call.

Normally no matter the amount of business I will get it’s going to be 20-30 minutes for a hot and ready to be made but today I thought an online order would remedy that. I was completely wrong not only was my order not ready when I received the email saying it was but I ended up waiting another 40 minutes for one pizza to finishing cooking while the rest of my order sat there and got cold. Also it was pretty gross to see an employee wipe his nose on his cleaning rag.

Went in to the Española location on 12/08/23,to grab a few hot and ready pizzas. The young man who eventually came to the counter ( reddish brown hair, full beard, no hair net or beard net) claimed they were too busy and refused my order. Then when I asked for his manager who he said was named Vanessa he claimed he was the assistant manager he told me he did not have to give me his name then proceeded to walk away angrily. When I came back in with several other customers he yelled at me that I was being rude and told me to get out. The other “ guests” agreed that I was not being rude as I spoke to him respectfully and asked for the corporate number which he again refused to give me.

People are rude there..no professionalism. If you want an update on Espanola gossip, they give it out for free. Standing in line and having to hear it, it is brutal. The pizza is mediocre, the people that work are rude, and the most entertaining part in standing in line is hearing how they talk shit about their own co-workers, let alone everything else happening on the block…especially the criticism of our unsheltered population…
