Every time I make a walk-in order at little Cesar’s the pizza that’s ready to go always looks undercooked, soggy, and greasy. Compared to ordering online it looks and tastes way better. I confronted the worker about the pizza one day but she just offered making it ”well done” next time. I didn’t pay over $7 to be told to ask for my pizza to be “well done” all the time. SMH

The service was very bad. I stood at the register for more than 10 mins even going outside for a min. The employees don’t acknowledge and frankly very rude.
I saw the reviews about the pizza. Hopefully, it’s not horrible.
Why have an open sign if you’re not going to serve anyone. Despite seeing them.

Staff & service super friendly. Got 6 Hot & Ready w/ 6 bread sticks & bunch of hot wings. All w/ good reasonable price. Pizzas was delicious & hit the spot. Be nice w/ less panhandler’s

Man, I don’t see improvement. Management sucks, workers are juss rez. At least I was able to get my food fresh. All I know is this Little Caesar’s in Shiprock is betterest than Farmington’s

I called a order in for a Hawaiian pizza with jalapenos.They charge me $16.19 for a pick up. But when I got home 20 minutes away there was no jalapenos on my pizza.I called 3 time’s and got no answer. But I will call in the morning to speak to a manager. I waited for a special order and still it was wrong and I asked before I left that my jalapenos we’re on my Hawaiian pizza., and he said yes. I should have checked but didn’t. Just disappointed on my order.

Show up a few minutes late to pick up my online order. When I tried to pick up my order up at the heater container, I was prompt to have the cashier assist me. So I walked over to the counter and stood in the view of the employees for 2 minutes until another customer walked in, Allison approached the counter, asking the customer what he wanted. I stated I was in line first, and Allison body language visually showed she did not want to help me. Allison then stated, “How can I help you?”. I informed her that my QR code was reading an error to collect my order. Allison rudely states that you’re late. Allison then hanks the order out and sighs. I asked for the manager, and Allison stated she was the manager. I said, “Wow, you’re the manager, and you have poor customer service.” I informed her that she needs to improve her customer service skills. I picked up my order, and as I was walking out, Allison yelled after me next time, “Don’t be late.” I turned around and stated like there would be a next time. For a highly known company like Little Caesars, I would be embarrassed to have a manager like Allison representing my company.

Heavy set lady told me I need exact change so I got change and when I came back In she was helping another costumer and gave her $3 back when I tried buying pizza giving her a $20 she said I need exact change then we give it to her and she just throws the pizza down at us like she’s mad she gotta give it away or something
