There is a new young cook making the pizza’s. She has long black hair and is very rude. She barely cooked our cheese pizza! It came out soggy and half cooked. She cut the pizza crooked and takes no pride in her work. She needs to learn how to make the pizza’s or find another job.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and crazy bread. When we got it home and tried to eat it we saw that it was barely cooked. It was a soggy mess. We literally had to put it in the oven and re cook it. The crazy bread was a ball of uncooked dough. Will never go back. It was the worst pizza ever!

Friday afternoon 6:50 p.m. Walked in and waited 5 mins till someone came over. No ready pizzas . The woman who came over looked at me diapprovingly and asked for my order I wanted a pepperoni pizza . She actually sneered at me and said 30 mins. My grandkids were hungry so I order crazy puffs But won’t buy here again . Very rude Sad customer service!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I received at Little Caesars today. The woman who took our order was incredibly rude, giving us the dirtiest looks like we had personally offended her. To make matters worse, she then proceeded to hit her vape right in front of us and blew the smoke in our direction. It was unprofessional and frankly, offensive. The pizza wasn’t even worth the horrible experience. I will not be returning to this location and suggest others avoid it as well.

This place has gone downhill over the past year. First, the manager can care less about the service to their customers and completely unprofessional when dealing with a wrong order complaint. “What do you want me to do?” Is not how a manager should approach a customer about their order being made wrong.
Also, the phone is never answered in a timely manner. They let it ring off the hook or hope you give up but I had time today so I let it ring for the ten minutes it took the manager to finally answer and his rude manner is definitely getting a bigger complaint to corporate because this store definitely needs a change.
Side note, their pickup warmer is always on the fritz or they just like serving old and cold pizza.
This will be my last time giving this store my service. Email was sent to corporate.

There is never cheese or pepperoni pizzas ready as walk in….I’m not sure why it’s called hot n ready?? Thry told me 8 minutes, which is fine, then it’s hot…but the multiple people who have walked in behind me…not so happy!

So after I show up to order a pizza I get told that I can’t pay cash because they have no change. So I run it on my card, no big deal. I get told it’s going to be about 5 to 6 minutes before my pizza will be ready. 20 minutes later two other people who came in after me have received their pizzas, one of whom was able to pay cash and I finally get mine and it looks like the attached photo. I doubt that I will ever come back to this location ever again. Service is absolutely terrible here.
