I am soo disappointed! I ordered online to avoid waiting in line.I got a notification that my order was ready but I go inside and my order was not ready. I understand that it was busy but the customer walk ins were getting theirs before me after a while. I finally got to talk to the cashier when the line cleared up, she saw my receipt and saw that it was at the correct location. I was already waiting about 30 minutes and I had ordered 45 minutes prior to that. The lady who I believe was the manager FINALLY gave me the order..but my pizza wasn’t my sliced right, crazy bread was cold and the garlic butter wasn’t melted… I understand, it gets busy, but this location really needs to get it together! I wish I had asked for a refund.. but hopefully they figure it out!

Waited almost a hour for a busted up deep dish and the wrong pizza staff was of no help at all and they assembled all the pizzas with no gloves or any food safety equipment. Staff was repeatedly laughing and joking while making food and completely disregarding the inflow of customers. Customers were in and out of this location specifically to get pizza but were left in utter disappointment due to the lack of presence from the cashier.

Probably the best food and service at any LC’s I’ve been to. And LC’s is a great value. But with every location, be flexible about pick up time. They get lots of customers because they’re a deal. The hiccups in ordering and pick up time are corporate wide, not staff imo. So custys, be nice! Staff, keep it up! I’ll definitely be back

A severe staff shortage and no one to take direction on where orders were going. What happens as a result? You get a mound of pizzas that need to be placed in the customer’s hands, but impossible to do so before it sits there and gets cold first. I finally just left. This Little Ceasars still owes me $6.47.

Disaster tonight. Ordered online, took one hour to get two pizzas and crazy bread. There was a full store of people and plenty of people ordered after me including a lady who order seven pizzas and she still left before me. Just disappointed and then on top of that the pizzas were rushed out and undercooked because of it. Barely any sauce on the pizza it’s more like a dry garlic pizza. All the way down hill. Looks decent but taste is no good and quality is just gross. I hate undercooked pizza that’s all doughy.

Go here if you like your pizza not ready and cold. The manager lied and told me my two pizzas, cheese sticks and headstock would be 10-15 minutes. I left the store just over 50 minutes later. They let the pizzas sit and chill while they “forgot” to cook cheese sticks. I complained and was told to order from somewhere else. Good point! Domino’s is just down the street and is superior in taste and service.

“Hot and ready” is the most false statement from this little Caesar’s. I walked in and didn’t even get acknowledged for a few mins of standing at the front. I left and sat in my car and another 3-4 people went in after me and none of them got acknowledged either. I guess it takes 5 door dings for somebody to even be bothered to come to the front of the store.

I had a horrible experience at this location on a Friday afternoon. I placed an order for slice and stix through the app at around 4:40 pm. I showed up to pick it up around 4:50. I was a little surprised that the order wasn’t ready so I set down. At 5:30 the order still wasn’t ready. The manager asked my name and I told him and then he proceeded to tell me how my order being delayed wasn’t his fault rather it was 6 other people’s fault who refused to make my order and he had to go back and my my pizza himself and that I should be grateful I received my order at all. I asked if I could have a hot n ready pizza that was available and he refused. I finally received my order around 5:45. The manager gave me a refund but I didn’t want a refund I want an hour of my life back..

I don’t know what kind of circus Little Caesar’s is running, but this was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with food service. I ordered over TWO HOURS ago, sat patiently like a clown waiting for a delivery that never came, only to find out after calling THREE times and getting hung up on that they “gave it to someone else.”
Be so serious right now. Nobody picked it up. Nobody mysteriously teleported to grab my food. It was just sitting there while the staff pretended the phone was allergic to being answered.
So we had to SHOW UP in person, basically do their job for them, and then when they finally handed over the order… tell me why the crazy bread the most BASIC part of the meal was missing.
At this point it’s not “Hot-N-Ready,” it’s “Cold-N-Confused.”
Customer service? Nonexistent.
Communication? Delusional.
Competence? Mythical creature, never seen here.
Do better. Actually, start doing anything at all.
Only put two stars for atmosphere because music was fire.
