These people were incompetent in taking a order and making the order. The worst part that it was a online order and everything was perfect on the screen,apart from their workers being outside 80% of the time that I was there.(25 min.). This location is definitely on the worst locations in Duke. Worst then the war zone location. That’s pretty terrible. Not even a 30% tip motivates now a days.

Tonight me, my son and daughter went to this location on Central. The 2 people that we working tonight we’re great people, a guy and girl. I unfortunately did not get names, but they were awesome!! My order was gonna be a wait which I was fine with I prefer the fresh pizza. They have great customer service and were friendly with my kids. I was waiting outside for my order and they walked it out to me. It was just a good experience. The pizza was made AND CUT the right way. I now prefer this location then the one on Rio Bravo.

I ordered a deep dish, thin and crispy and some Pizza made in a cupcake Pan.
It said it should be ready by 715 I showed up at 7:30.
Still had to wait.
Because lady told me it wasn’t ready throughout the whole time. This lady’s asking do we have a thin and crispy and After waiting for an additional 20 minutes, the lady asked again about a thin and crispy pizza.
And the one making the pizza barely starts to make it now. So at this time I was already frustrated so I just told her to just give me a hot. N ready just so I can leave. I have been in that store for about forty minutes after showing up twenty minutes after my pizza was supposedly ready.

Every time I get my pizza on the little Caesars app it gets my pizza from this location. For 2 years know the pizza is ether undercooked or has to much tomato sauce making it to greasy and wet this location is not good

The pizza I received was absolutely garbage. I placed an order online expecting freshly made pizza. The order was filled with cold and dry hot and readys that obviously had been sitting there for some time. I dont even want to mention the questioning I received when I asked for marinara sauce that was overlooked with my order. Do better, little caesers.

Went in 9 mins before they closed and they did not hesitate to make the pizzas I needed. They even through in another that they had waiting to be bought, free of charge.

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, a stuffed pretzel crust pizza (the one thing I really wanted), a cheese bread and lots of dips. It initially took a while to get the order even though the order was ready for 10 minutes before the promised time. I didn’t think much of it because I work in pizza as well, I get it. I got home and found that the one thing I wanted wasn’t included in the hand-off and it’s place was taken by a hand tossed pizza. I called the store twice because they didn’t pick up the first time and they said I could go in and prove to them that I actually didn’t get it. So I did and the staff were reluctant to give me the pizza I ordered until the person on the phone with me came to the rescue.
They’re making my pizza and it’s been 10 minutes. I no longer have any time to enjoy the one thing I wanted because I have to go to work.
(EDIT) Update: I just got a stuffed crazy crust pizza and not the pretzel crust. No longer ordering from this location. Worst first impression on a new customer.

I just had the most redeeming experience. All four pies and the bread sticks were made PERFECTLY and done in 15 minutes!!!
