I do not recommend this location!!!This location NEVER has pizza ready. Even if they know it’s Friday and lunch hour. Using the app makes no difference. I placed my order on the app and still had to wait almost 45 minutes for my 4 pizzas. The crust was super burnt. The manager or employee I’m not sure has no customer service. On another day while I was waiting in there lobby the phone was ringing and ringing and it was never answered. The cashier would ring up a customer and then go straight to making pizzas. No hand washing, I get they don’t need gloves but at least wash your hands after handling money.

Disgusting I cant believe the order i just received.. I ordered online for the 1st time and they waited til I get there to inform me they are out of ham for my pizza. Then while I waited another 28 minutes I get my order. Get home then I serve my family and the breasticks are smashed and I cant take the credit because I had no kids with me to smash them and there is green stuff inside them…. they also don’t looked cooked all the way. Next time im driving across the city to a store that gives a shit about what they serve to their customers. I will never go to this place again in the south valley

Incompetent workers, so I don’t know how the pizza tastes. Placed an online order and showed up on time to pick it up, but the employees claimed it wasn’t in the system. They even looked at my order and acknowledged I had ordered at the correct location, they just shrugged didn’t offer me a refund or anything. Go literally anywhere else unless you like wasting your time and risking losing your money.

Hello. I bought a pizza for my kids on Sat and i forgot to check it before i left.
When i got home, it was cold, dry, and crusty. I was very disappointed.
I went back the next day. The manager JAZMIN helped me. I expressed my concerns, but she did not care, completely dismissed what i had to say, and refused to offer me a fresh pizza.
What a shame. Bad business.
I hope the franchise owner contacts me to discuss this further.
**I realize its just an $8 pizza, but its the principle and the poor customer service that needs to be addressed

Noon so I fully anticipated having to wait. But nope. Everything was HOT AND READY! I couldn’t believe it. 3 pizzas, 4 crazy breads and some wings in and out in 3 minutes. It was everything a Little Cesar’s should be and the pizza was made to perfection. I might drive all the way out of my way to come to this location again.

I’ve been coming here for a while the employees aren’t bad but the pizzas that are made is just embarrassing I ordered a stuffed crust pretzel and the pizza came out like it was a regular thin crust pizza with the flavor of a pretzel pizza they don’t even cut the pizzas right i used to love this little Caesars but now I don’t wish to go back it’s a shame because it’s the closest one from my house put in some more work please I’m getting tired of this

A cockroach climbed out of the box, the minute we got home. The employee didnt seem apologetic or worried about it at all. I eat it here almost 1 time every two weeks, its sad.
