My pizza order took 10 extra minutes and I wasn’t mad. The cashier was very sweet. It’s the day before Thanksgiving. Everyone wanted an easy meal. There was a girl there, definitely not a lady, with two children, cussing up a storm because she had to wait five minutes. Great role model. She was just awful and the staff was so patient with her. Thanks to all the staff there for the delicious pizza and outstanding customer service on such a busy night.

This is why I’m done ordering from this location. The young staff doesn’t give a damn about quality and their attitude reflects that. Everytime I order crazy puffs there is a problem. This latest order looked like they were made for a toddler. Stop playing with people’s money and deliver quality food.

Waited over 35 minutes past when the pizza was supposed to be ready. Order two sauces and they were barely filled. The workers also didn’t load the pizza into the lockers like every other mobile order should be. I had to wait in line and ask for the pizza as they looked for it not expecting excellence, but this was horrible.

We asked for 3, they only placed an order for 2. They told us after we paid that it was going to be a 10 minute wait. It took 30 minutes. 3 people came in after us, ordered and left with pizza before we recieved our order. We won’t be going back.

Well they have more than redeemed themselves! I made an error and although they didn’t have to, they swapped out one of my pizzas and provided me with the red sauce, not the cheese sauce. Thank you! Their team was so friendly and polite! Love my Little Caesars!

I’m new to the neighborhood. Ordered for pick up for the first time at this location last night. Ordered it 30 in advance. Show up to pick up from the machine. I’m missing 1 of the 4 items purchased. Cheesy italian bread. Was told that will be out in a few minutes. 6 minutes go by, and there is a younger lady handling the register. She was a younger brunette with eyeglasses, the manager she said. She had an ugly attitude. I asked about the cheese bread, and she said 5 to 10 minutes. So now I’m upset I was told a few. All of my order is now going cold while I wait 10 minutes for bread. She tells me this happens and I said this is my first order with them and she kept rolling her eyes. Anytime I had a response, she would roll her damn eyes. I called her out on it, too. The fact that my paid for food is going cold because of a missing item and I’m treated like I screwed up. I placed the order and included all my items and paid for it. Showed up on time to pick it up. No one was fumbling to put my order in the pick-up machine. So it’s been considered done for some time at that point.

I wish I would e got the name of the first young lady that helped me as she was amazing at her job. Unfortunately her team let her down. Walked in and ordered 1 hot in ready pepperoni, 1 three meat, and 1 pretzel crust pepperoni. Was told 15-20 mins. I stood there for 45 mins watching others order and wait and get their food and leave. The young lady kept apologizing and discovered that they had made two of my pizzas but forgot the other. This was at the 30 min mark. I watched as it looked like she was just deflated when she discovered they hadn’t started the third while the other two sat getting cold. So she put them in the warmer. She then changed positions with another girl who after another 15 mins I asked about my order and she snapped and said they were working on it without even asking who I was or what my order was. The first young lady then showed up with what I believed were my three pizzas and apologized again. I should have looked. Drove all the way home and they gave me two pretzel pizzas and did not give me the most expensive one the 3 meat one. It would cost me more in gas to drive back then to simply choke down the pretzel one that I don’t like (other one was specifically for one person). I’m glad I gave a tip for the shear fact that the first young lady tried. So hard. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location.

I’m pregnant so I order light sauce on it because the sauce makes me feel sick and they where literally all back there for 5 minutes laughing and taking before taking my order and then we heard someone say is that the light sauce and one of the bigger blonde girls said oop well they aren’t light sauce oh well. And now I can’t eat the food I ordered because of your careless worker’s I will never come back.
