Went to get a pizza and breadsticks and waited 35 minutes. When I got home the pizza was cold and not not cut.. the girl at the counter was rude and very impatient. Last time going here, every time we order from here something is wrong!

If I could give 1 start I would.. I have ordered from this location a dozen times and every single time they always forget to put the marinara sauce that I pay extra for in the bag when I order delivery and pickup. Today k called 5 min after paying and ordering for pickup of the phone to ask if they could make them a little less than well done and they said no it’s too late after already collecting my money. Then I get there and there’s a bunch of teenage girls laughing and playing around in the back. So unprofessional I hate this is the closest location to me!!

For cheap pizza this place is awesome. My pizza is always evenly spread and the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. I recommend the cheese stuffed pretzel pepperoni pizza while you can get it. I’ve ordered the more expensive pizzas from the local competitors cause everyone thinks their better but they were poorly made and not worth the extra money and waiting time. I highly recommend pizza from this Little Caesars in particular cause they made darn good pizza for me every time. The competitors left me waiting and disappointed for the extra money.

About a month ago we ordered late night pizza delivery from the El Mirage Little Caesars. We ordered off the App, we normally give a cash tip instead of adding it to the credit card. We had no idea that Little Caesars uses Door Dash to do their deliveries. Apparently the delivery driver assumed we would stiff him so he took it upon himself to open up both of our pizza boxes and add what looked like pubic hair to each pizza. Upon the delivery I immediately contacted a manager at Little Caesars and he gave me a complaint hotline. My husband called the Door Dash hotline and they claimed to honor a refund, they sent a confirmation email showing a pending refund. 10 business days later still no refund, my husband followed up with the door dash hotline and they sent another “pending refund” email to confirm. This has gone on for over a month. I ended up contacting the Little Caesars location manager and explaining how ridiculous this all is. They basically said too bad. At this point I’m contacting the Health Department and I want to press charges for food tampering. We feel very violated that some POS feels free to do disgusting things to people’s food with no consequences. Best part of all this is we gave the delivery driver a $10 tip. Little Caesars Pizza just isn’t what it used to be. SMH the meat used to be placed with pride & everyone fought over the last piece! It’s all fun & games until you mess with food. All jokes aside they have gotten lazy & I remember it tasting better. They’ve had to skimp corners like many others. Will I stop eating there because their 5$ now 7$ hot & ready went up a few bucks, no. P.S. They’re not always ready though!
