We’ve been ordering from this Little Caesar’s since 2017. The the quality at this point is absolutely unacceptable, someone needs to light a fire under the workers and the managers. We ordered 3 SPECIALTY pizzas tonight, 2 of them were overcooked and 1 was undercooked. We paid about $50 for HORRIBLE pizza. How are you going to raise the prices of your pizza and DECREASE the quality?? The pizzas fall a part at the center, some of them are difficult to chew because they’re so overcooked on the outside yet the middle is raw, and the regular crust might as well be thin crust because the quality is so horrible.
All the pizzas were cold when we got them (even the overcooked ones), yet they were supposedly in the warmer? We live only 2 minutes from this location. The only explanation is they let the pizzas sit out for an extended period of time, and then put them in the warmers at the last moment before pickup. We live so close that we should have HOT AND READY pizzas every time. There is NO EXCUSE for receiving cold pizzas when WE PICK THEM UP OURSELVES.
THE CHERRY ON TOP – you can’t get through to a customer service person to complain. I guarantee you the only reason this location has not been fixed by corporate is because it’s impossible to get through to someone. Been on hold for over 35 minutes.
LITTLE CAESARS DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. In this economy, we cannot eat out very often anymore. I’m looking for an affordable way to feed my family, but at this point I’d rather put my $50 toward a different company for better quality pizza. IT’S NOT WORTH IT!

Horrible experience last two times. Order completely wrong, bread sticks not even cooked, Gross who could actually put this in a bag to serve?? Pizza not fully cooked or cut, missing food “told they were out of” upon arrival no refund, said to just come back and ask for it. Multiple workers doing nothing, with long wait.

Ordered 2 pizzas online last night. The app gave a range of 30 to 35 minutes. At 40 minutes I went in the store and asked the guy behind the counter. He said they were running 1 to 1-1/2 hours and told me the app was wrong. I asked if I could cancel the order and he said I could come back tomorrow and get my money back because he did not have time. Then he just turned away and started talking to another customer. We were in the process of ordering from pizza hut when I was notified the pizza was ready. So we picked it up as it was late and we did not want to wait for a new order to be ready somewhere else. However, after getting the pizzas home, we found one of them had a big piece of the cheese missing. It had obviously come off when they were cutting it, or packing it and they just gave it to us like that. Places like Pizza Hut and Dominos are not that much more to put up with this service, and the quality of pizza is better.

Expect to wait. Order your food an hour before and it might be done when you get there. This location can get very busy but they do a good job.

Quality just not important anymore now a days? Bet the lazy workers make sure they make their own pizzas better then they do for the customers. The owner only responds to 5 stars instead of 1 because they wont take accountability of their poor Customer Service.

The kids working in there absolutely HORRIBLE! joking and screaming at each other and ignoring customers. After 45 minutes we FINALLY get our pizza and head home… Get home and pizza is not cut completely AND THERE IS NO SAUCE ON HALF OF THE PIZZA! very disappointed having to pay for this crap.

By far the worst Little Ceasars in the United States!!! Ordered got the wrong order got a credit and again they didn’t make the pizza right it was thin and hard in center and doughy on the outside!!
