I ordered the Detroit Style Pizza and Sticks Combo online. In the pic it has the pizza, a soda and the sauce for the breadsticks. When I get there I’m handed the pizza. I ask for the sauce and the employee who stated he was the manager says “it dosent come with sauce”
I show him the pic online that does show the sauce.
He says “ Not my problem take it up with online”

I ordered a pizza an hour ago through the app and and I came to pick it up and they don’t have my order. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager hasn’t come to speak to me, I’ve been waiting for 8mins and nothing. I asked for a discount or something free to accommodate for the poor customer service I’m receiving and all the cashier said was you already paid. “You’re going to have to wait for the order to be made”

I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos and I received a regular pizza with jalapeno and pepperonis but tasted old when I was told that it was going to be about 30 minute wait so I would assume it would be fresh. However it tasted as if they use the pizza that was sitting there out of the toppings I wanted put it through the oven and then served it to me because the crust was not soft for being the pizza that they gave me mind you I did order thin crust pizza however I was given what was supposed to be a regular pizza that tasted crispy and old. Very disappointed because Little Caesars is Bomb for being affordable and seems like getting home was more important than happy customers. On top of that I’m starving so it sucks when you don’t get what you ordered. I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through.

Called in an order and when I arrived it wasn’t in the system and there was no order under my name. Called back to speak to someone and I was on hold for 45 minutes, and still no answer. Called back just to try and place another order and was on hold for another 20 mins before I gave up. Im done with this location as well as with this company. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Horrible experience.. Pizza had too much crust & the toppings weren’t spread out, light marinara to no marinara in some areas of the pizza. Very disappointed. Crazy bread was hard & dry. Too afraid to say anything because I wouldn’t want to run the risk of someone spitting in my food just to have the order remade. I will be buying pizza elsewhere from now on pictures below

Staff usually seem annoyed I need anything. I order online but the marinara is not included in that so I have to wait in line after picking up my order. I don’t mind the waiting but the rude energy feels unnecessary. The Italian cheesy bread here is always bare on the edges and looks like they made a personal pizza then improvised. Not as good as the little Caesar’s I frequented before moving.
