I ordered a GrubHub order of a thin crust pizza from here with a 2 liter of regular Pepsi. It took freaking 1 1/2 hours to get this order. – (Not GrubHub’s fault as the are not called to pick it up until it’s about ready and you can track it while it is in process and once they had the order, I got it within 10 minutes) Little Caesar had pushed out my order 2 times. It shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to make the order. It was ordered at 6:26pm & was supposed to be delivered between 6:57 – 7:12pm, then was pushed out to 7:20 – 7:35pm, then pushed out again to 7:46 – 8:01pm. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! If I had the ingredients, I could have made it from scratch and have it been done in 1/2 that time. And that is making everything from scratch. Not to mention I was given Diet Pepsi, not regular Pepsi and the Pizza was ice cold when I got it.

I’ve made pizzas guys. Upon looking I thought this was made with hate. Person answering the phone was laughing upon first picking up the phone and continued giggling through the phone call. Clueless. Y’all can have fun just don’t have the pizza suffer as a consequence of a lack of discipline. Never order from this location. This the 1st for me. It was a mistake (meant for other Alma School location), I didn’t realize just how big of a mistake i made until opening the box. Just cancel the order next time or get a refund if you end making the same mistake.

I do not recommend this location. This one is worse than the one on Arizona Avenue which is saying something. I’ve given multiple opportunities, and every time it’s a letdown at this location. Our orders are consistently wrong, or take 30 minutes past the time they quoted us, or the order was lost. Today was the last time I will order from this location I will continue to go to the one back on Gilbert. I ordered online the cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust pizza which is new On their menu, and stupidly forgot to check the pizza before leaving to get home and notice it’s a normal stuffed crust pizza. OK I understand accidents happen I called to get it replaced, and they act like I’m inconveniencing them to get the pizza I paid for and give back the pizza we don’t want. I then was told “yeah we can do that but I mean it’s going to be 20 minutes for the new pizza.” Our original pizza surprisingly only took 10 minutes, but sure will wait because we want what we actually paid for. The dude seemed very annoyed and the girl who answered the phone had no clue what she was doing. I’ve been a server for 15 years and never once when someone has gotten the wrong order did we ever make them feel like it was an inconvenience to correct it because that is the restaurants mistake to correct. If you order from this location, please be sure to check that you actually got what you ordered

I recently experienced terrible service on Saturday and today. Ordered a pizza online and there was a bit of a delay. Which is the least of my worries. Another customer goes to the self service kiosk and grabs her pizza and leaves. She comes back and informed the rep she received the wrong order. Keep in mind she left the store! He takes it and give her the right order. He notifies me my order is ready and I asked him did you originally give that lady my order and he said no. When I seen the pizza and keep in mind I had a custom order. He said he threw the incorrect order away. Which is incorrect because he was in my eye sight the entire time this is happening. I seen him grab the box he gave her and give it to me. I call today to make a complaint. Sounds like a familiar voice. I explain my situation he offers to remake it which is okay with me. I come in to pick up my new order and meet this “Gm”. Lady at the counter starts laughing when I ask to speak to the Gm. She can’t even look me in the eye and says he’s in the restroom. I asked id like to meet him as he helped me over the phone. She goes back to get him and she comes to tell me he’s not here anymore. All the staff members are laughing in the back. This is not okay. I will be filing a formal complain with corp Little Cesars and the county’s health department. Great thing I have a contact as I’ve been in partnership with them years! This Gm needs to own up and be a manager to lead his team not hide in the back. Grow up, unbelievable! I’m asking for a form of owner ship or district leadership to reach out to me !
