The staff here are always so kind and thoughtful, especially the general manager. I ordered pizza for my family, and he gave us an extra one that had been “miscut” — such a small gesture, but it meant so much. As a single mom, that kindness turned one meal into leftovers and made my day. Truly grateful for people like this who go above and beyond! Our favorite pizza pizza people !

I don’t think in the last 3 to 5 years I’ve ever come to this location and had a hot and ready pizza actually ready. I’m sure this has nothing to do with the people that work there but more of ownership not wanting for pizzas to be wasted.

Seemed like they changed owners a few months back and ever since, everything is really bad. There’s only 1-2 employees working, even during rush hour on Fridays and Saturdays. The wait time is horrendous. If it’s supposed to be ready by 6:30pm, I wouldn’t show up until 7:15-7:30. Sometimes you’ll be waiting at the counter to even talk to you for 8-12 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you or comes up front from the back. Crazy how awful it is now.

Stacks of 2 liters against the wall but nothing in the refrigerator. No hot and ready anything. It’s 7pm on a Friday evening. You should be stocked. Crazy.

If you can’t fulfill the simplest request, to take the pizza out a minute early, it shows why you make minium wage. I’m not tipping for you to take out a pizza one minute early. Keep losing in life.

I’ve been going to Little Caesars since I was a kid in Michigan, and this is the best location I have been to, I don’t really understand the other reviews and I have never left the review for little Caesars before. However they’re always super quick, super nice, and I believe the manager, gentleman with the eyebrow piercing, is legitimately the nicest guy I’ve ever met! Awful customer service after they overcooked one of the pizzas I ordered. The picture doesn’t do it justice as the whole thing is hard and crispy. I called- they said the best they could do was take my name and make me a new one “the next time I come by” which, as I’d previously mentioned, wouldn’t work for me since I live so far away. I stopped at this location to get the pizza on my way home for work for my sons birthday party today. When he said it was the best he could do, I said the best he could do was make it right- to which he hung up on me. Horrible customer service for an issue they created.

The worst service, so slow. Was told 12 minutes and waited for over 30 minutes and the entire time I waited 1 out of the 3 people working came to the front once. Went again and had to order online in the store because service was so horrible.

I picked up my order from here on 5/24 around 5:30PM. They seemed a little bit behind, but the employee up front was remarkably kind and handling the delays with customers very well. My order actually came out exactly when it was supposed to, was piping hot, and was correct. I have no complaints, and the employee up front really deserves some recognition.
My assumption is that because of the “pizza portal”, and the default tip being $0 when ordering online; that these employees lose out on a substantial amount of tips compared to other quick service pizza locations. I hope that this can be remedied; these are just young people who have the motivation to be employed.
