Tay and Austin were my servers and I loved the food cause I ate it at a park. The environment was very calm when I came in and it didn’t take very long as other pizza places take really long. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Some friends and I were getting pizza and the cashier accidentally charged us too much and a different pizza we didn’t order. A manager came over and was incredibly kind and understanding, got us a few free items for the inconvenience when all we wanted was just the extra money back to us they accidentally charged. Incredible service, very kind and will be going back

I have been coming to this location for about a month and a half consistently and really like Little Caesars. When I walked into this little Caesars location the front counter person didn’t come off as professional at all and said what’s up instead of saying welcome to little Caesars how may I help you. His clothing was dirty and he was slouching the entire time at the counter. The location had a loud speaker on playing some rap music that didn’t seem appropriate at all and when I got my pizza most of it was off the pizza in the box and they didn’t have anymore parmesan packets. I just want it to be known that this location seems very unprofessional and the person that runs this store should think about talking to his employees about professionalism and should enforce a better quality of people to work there. I have worked in pizza locations for a good part of my life and I have come to know that greeting a customer with a smile and being professional goes a long way with any business.

I ordered through the app a pizza and crazy bread. I arrived prior to the time my food was supposed to be ready. I sat and waited. 10 minutes after my food was supposed to be complete, I went and inquired on the status. I was told that the order didn’t go through. I showed the email AND app confirmation that it went through. I was patient and not angry. They brought out the food 10 minutes later and I took it out to the car. I took out a breadstick and took a bite. It was cold and way undercooked. I took it right back in and shared my complaint. The cashier called the manager over. He said, “It can’t be bad because you took a bite!” I replied, “Yes and I immediately brought it back.” He asked, “How do I make it right?!? Are you just looking for a free meal?” Rather than make a scene in a full waiting room, I just left. I got home and the pizza was way undercooked and required me to bake it longer. I tried to provide feedback on the Little Caesars website, but it was down. I called corporate the next day, and they said the owner or GM of the franchise would call me back. That was two weeks ago and I have never received a phone call back.

When your pizza is ready and you get to the restaurant, you go over to a tall warmer called the pizza portal and put your number into the keypad. A little door opens and you just take your pizza. It was just as easy as walking in and buying one that is ready.

Haven’t been here in a while. I’m not sure why they even still advertise “hot n ready”. They never have any ready. Just go to Dominos. Better Pizza, more options for the same amount of money.

My husband and I really like Little Caesars, but this specific location is not good. Their pizzas are made very sloppy, with the cheese not spread to the edges. This is the pizza we ended up with today. The one they tried to give us before we requested a different one was much worse. We came one time before and thought it was just a bad batch, but keeps happening.
