Walked in 45 minutes before closing on New Year’s Eve and was treated like an inconvenience for simply existing. One employee had a nasty attitude toward multiple customers and was openly snapping at her coworkers because she was mad she couldn’t leave early. She was even trying to dump parts of her job onto others just because she didn’t want to be there.
On top of that, the employees were loudly talking about how they can refuse service to anyone they want, especially if they don’t feel like doing the order , all while customers could clearly hear them. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, our pizza was half-assed. We ordered an Extra Most Best (extra cheese and pepperoni) and got a pizza with way more crust than actual toppings. It looked rushed and sloppy, like they didn’t care at all.
Being annoyed that you still have to work doesn’t give you the right to treat customers or coworkers like crap. If the store is open, people are allowed to come in. Awful service and a disappointing experience overall.

I’m really not one for negative reviews. Check my past reviews. However, this was one of two fast food incidents that were horrible. The pizza was obviously beyond freshly cooked; visibly aged and dried out. It went to the trash instead of tummies. Pic of a pepperoni slice.

They never have hot-n-ready pizza actually hot and ready. Always have to wait 10 min or more.

Tried to order online 45 minutes before closing. They turned the app off. Called a couple of times and didn’t answer the phone. Went in and they said there phones where down. Called right in front of the employee and it rang and they never picked up the phone. Then I told them that was me calling and why didn’t you answer. They responded with a “Oh”. I heard them talking in the back that they thought I was corporate and they are in trouble. Employees losing money by not taking orders and trying to get out early. Not washing hands between register and making food. I really enjoy this location but this was a very bad experience this time. Very unfortunate. Went in to pickup our order and all the sauce cups that are usually full to the top where half way filled. Asked why they weren’t full and they stated they aren’t supposed to be. Keep in mind that they have always been full in the past.

I want to give a complaint and I will be calling customer service on Monday since its the weekend I wont be able to get a hold of anyone. I paid 11+ for a Hawaiian pizza and what I got was a poorly made pizza went back and got it exchanged and it wasnt any better I just feel that the pizza could have been made better.
