would not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I placed an online order expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but instead I had to wait at the store as if I hadn’t ordered ahead at all. The staff showed no urgency or care in resolving the issue, and the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.
If you’re looking for convenience or decent service, this is not the place to go.

Service has improved greatly from a year ago up until then for atleast 2 years the place was a wreck, always looked dirty employees were so unprofessional ignoring customers basically having party in back loud music and tins of inappropriate conversations while food not being made consistently never had order ready on time and pizza was garbage bubbles all over. Much better compared to then but still not great, this was one of 3 pizzas I purchased 2 slices completely smashed tighter and cut super janky into 9 slices because corner of the folded stuck together piece was cut and attached to piece next to it burnt cheese and pepperoni. Tried sending me away without a receipt on a ccd order.

The short, red haired, chopped white lady was so rude and unprofessional! My husband and I drove up to the parking lot EMPTY and parked up front once he got in that same lady looked annoyed and started being rude! We got there at 10 pm TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSE!! She then proceeded to say it was going to be a 40 minute wait time.. All they were doing is goofing off in the back. I’m highly disappointed with this interaction and suggest training her on customer service and mannerism!

Worst Little Caesars location — avoid at all costs.
Even when you order well ahead of time, your pizza is never ready. There is always a long line just to pick up orders, and once you finally get to the counter and tell them you’re there for pickup, they tell you it’s not ready and make you wait an extremely long time anyway. What’s the point of ordering ahead?
The inside of this location is always dirty and unkept. It honestly looks unsanitary and makes you question whether they’re meeting basic health guidelines. On top of that, they always seem short-staffed, which clearly affects service and cleanliness.
Save yourself the frustration and don’t come to this location. There are much better Little Caesars elsewhere.

Ordered online between 3 or 4pm for delivery at 5:45pm. I live 3 mins away.. they did not deliver until 7:05pm.
The deep dish was raw dough, all three pizzas were cold.
Ordered 2 pepperoni crazy puffs and one cheese, I got two cheese and 1 pepperoni, all were cold.
The pretzel stuff crust was terrible. I’m not sure if if it was actually pretzel dough it looked like regular crust.. and there was so much salt sprinkled on it, it was bad.
No cheese pull or melted cheese it was all cold and I hope I don’t get sick.
Someone needs to evaluate this store by way all the bad reviews are adding up, it should be assessed and management held accountable.

Bad customer service. Cashier had my son waiting for a long time over 30 mins when we ordered online and our pizza said it was ready at 6:39 we got there and waited 40 mins (left until 7:37pm). She took care of everyone else knowing we were there first. NOT COMING BACK AT ALL. pizza was already hard. Waste of money.

I ordered and noticed my order was wrong on the receipt. I called within 5 minutes after ordering and I was greeted and an employee who spoke very little English she then placed me on hold. I sat on hold for 30 minutes my mother also called after 20 minutes and no one answered. The pizza was then delivered and it was wrong, was also undercooked and the toppings were really lacking For a supreme.

It’s an okay location. It’s not very visible from the street so it doesn’t pop out at you in any way shape or form. On several times that I’ve been there, they’re usually not having items ready to go, so it’s better if you do choose this location for any reason that you place an order ahead of time online in order and pick up. Parking is a little tight. There aren’t very many areas. It’s a little plaza and again not located in the best part of town. If you want want Little Caesars that’s usually on the go and ready. I suggest you try a different location as this one does not usually have things ready on the go. Been in there on three or four different occasions which I no longer go because of that main reason. When you’re on the go for lunch and they don’t have anything ready, it’s better to choose somewhere that has something easy to pick up.
