The WORST pizza place in town. I’ve tried them three separate occasions, different times of day, and no more, if we’re craving little Caesars we’ll drive across town to another location.
I don’t know if it’s because they’re teenagers who work here, but they’ve never gotten proper training. Every pizza (save one pepperoni) has been flat like a tortilla, the crust being normal thickness but an inch or more wide. We’ve always had to cut our slices which is a minor complaint but adds to, were they even trained in pizza making?
The bread sticks are a joke, about 8$ a bag, received 4 sticks. No toppings. The other three times, they were undercooked, weren’t even shaped and with barely any noticeable butter/cheese.
We’ve done online ordering, and drive thru. Wait time was typical. I’ve rarely encountered a little Caesars with pizza actually ‘hot & ready’ but personally freshness is preferred to convenience.
Save your money and drive across town or run into Walmart for a frozen pizza.

Very poor customer service went to get food was told 25 min came back 30 mins later. They told me still in progress 3 to 5 min. No big deal. Guy comes back 10 mins later your order got givin to someone else, will you please move to the front will bring it out to you OK sounds good. Waited 10 to 15 more mins nothing. Go in and our order had been done the whole time and sitting in a different oven this is the 3rd time this has happend at this location. It’s the only one I ever have a problem at. It seems that the people that work at this location care more about talking about there water cups they take to school then helping customers just not right

Placed an online order and drove over 20 min later when it said it was done. Put in the code and it had nothing in it, asked and was told it would be another 7 min. 20 min later they gave me a half cooked pizza with way too much cheese. Took it back for a refund to swap with pepperoni so we wouldn’t have to wait again and they made us pay for it and took this one back. No apology just terrible service from what seems like all teenagers.

I went through the drive thru to pick up pizza 15 minutes before they closed, and the girls working there had already locked up. So they unlock the window and tell me that they threw everything away already so I can’t get anything. Seems like they were trying to leave at exactly 10 instead of closing at 10. As a manager, that should not fly if those are your employees. Don’t throw all your food away 15-20 minutes before you even close

Besides hearing some of the workers cussing up a storm and having to be charged twice because they messed up my order when i was telling them. Not even telling me that they would have to cancel my order and void my transaction before reringing it was very unprofessional. There should always be communication between customer and employees which there was none until it was already canceled and was being asked to pay again. I will not be coming back to this location .

This was a ridiculous experience for me. I went to this location at 7:00 on a Saturday night and the guy at the window said they had no pizza and only crazy bread, and the wait for a pizza is 25 minutes. We leave and go back 35 minutes later and they say it’s a 10 minute wait still, while having 5 different people just sitting around and messing around in the back. It’s absolutely ridiculous to be out of pizza at 7:00 P.M. on a Saturday night and it be a 45 minute wait for a PEPPERONI PIZZA. Very disappointed in this location and will not be back

Some of our order came out fantastic, but too much of the order also came out very under cooked and sloppily prepared. Difficult to eat and very doughy. The staff was very nice and the order was completed on time, but like, not really since it wasn’t cooked…

The one thing Little Caesar’s is supposed to have going for it — the only reason anyone comes here — is that the pizza is Hot-N-Ready. Guess what wasn’t hot, ready, or even existent? The pizza.

I stood there like an idiot for 20 minutes watching employees wander around like they were solving the mystery of where the pizzas went. No apology, no update, no sense of urgency — just vibes and disappointment.

If I wanted to wait for pizza, I’d go somewhere that doesn’t taste like sadness and middle school lunch. The whole brand collapses the moment you don’t have a “Hot-N-Ready” ready.

Rename the place to Little Excuses and call it a day.

I am THE crazy bread fan girl. Lately they’ve been doing something wrong with the bread unfortunately. Only go here if you want a 50% chance of getting bread dryer than Kyle Rittenhous’s eyes. The other 50% of the time it’s perfect again. Choice is yours whether your money is worth that risk or not. Picture of the good bread AND the dry bread – both taken only days apart.
|| update || it’s months later and I’m sad to say they’ve gotten WORSE. Picture of nearly burnt bread added and 2 more stars removed.
