When I got to the front the young man was super nice, he asked me how my day was then asked me what I would like I Ordered a cheese, pepperoni, the Italian cheese bread. The young man told me the wait time was going to be 25 min or so and asked if that was alright. I waited in the lobby the young man came back out letting me know that my food was coming out the oven and would be like 3 minutes. When I got my food it was perfectly cooked by far the best little Caesars pizza I have had. I definitely would recommend this place. The staff are super nice, yes there might be a bit of a wait sometimes but you guys got to remember it’s a fast food place and a very common one at that it’s not always going to be perfect these staff are trying there best and they are doing amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back here again!

I find it funny that Miss Cynthia failed to mention in her review of the Philly Cheesesteak pizza that her original order was misplaced at the other location. I was also at this restaurant the day she came in (I had wanted a Philly as well, but was told that the promo had ended for in-store), and overheard them inform her of her own mix-up with her online pickup. Yes, there are long wait times here. Yes, some of the staff are young, and not very experienced. However, they are also capable of doing their very best. My customer service experience was nice, I was informed of my wait and checked on multiple times. I was also apologized to when my pizza was temporarily forgotten because the drive through was slammed. This is a new location with new people, and a little patience goes a long way – it will all improve with time! I’m so glad that we have this food option within reasonable walking distance, and I hope some people understand that yes, it may not be perfect, but it is also a high-stress industry and giving grace doesn’t hurt you! (Atmosphere is low rated because the lobby is tiny and they can get BUSY!)

I came in at 8:00 on Tuesday, Feb 24th 2026. Hands down the BEST pizza I have ever had from Little Caesar’s in my life. The pizza was Hot, Cheesy, Saucey, and the crust was perfect. Not too soft but not too crunchy. These pizzas were cut so perfectly too! Whoever was working tonight deserves a raise and praise.

I generally believe in giving local establishments the benefit of the doubt, but after five consecutive failures, it is clear that the issues at this location are systemic rather than incidental. My most recent experience was the definitive final straw.
The “Hot-N-Ready” model is predicated on efficiency, yet my experiences have been anything but every.single.time.
This last go, I placed a simple order for one cheese and one pepperoni pizza…literally the most basic items on the menu. I was quoted a 5-10 minute wait; however, 30 minutes later, I remained empty-handed while watching seven subsequent customers who walked in long after me receive identical orders and depart.
When I finally inquired about the delay, I was met with the illogical explanation that I “didn’t order Hot-N-Ready pizzas,” implying that a standard cheese and pepperoni order somehow requires a bespoke preparation process that others do not…
The situation further deteriorated when my husband sought clarification at the 45-minute mark. The staff member’s response was unprofessional and frankly puerile. Rather than rectifying the delay, she copped an attitude, retreated to the back to disparage us within earshot, and openly scoffed when her coworker attempted to redirect her to her duties.
During my 45-minute wait, I observed:
- The front cashier gal prioritizing her personal cell phone over order fulfillment.
- Gross organizational negligence, including the same cashier gal giving away a customer’s custom order to the wrong person and then projecting the blame onto a colleague.
- A palpable lack of basic food handling and customer service standards.
This location is an operational disaster. If you value your time and expect a modicum of respect as a patron, do yourself a favor: bypass this mess and make the drive to the location by Lin’s. The difference in quality, speed, and professionalism is night and day. This new branch requires an immediate intervention in training and management oversight.

I want to be fair here, as I’ve worked in food, but if you can I would recommend going to the other Cedar location. I work about 7 minutes away and got a 1 hour lunch break. I have the year pizza card and was unable to order online. Knowing this I called ahead and was told that they had pizzas ready. When I arrived I immediately noticed a full lobby. I figured those were online or other orders. I ordered a total of 1 pizza. He told me it would be about a 10-15 minute wait. Totally fine knowing that it was Black Friday and they were probably busy. 20 minutes passed, I asked him the whereabouts of my pizza. Told me it wasn’t baked yet and would be 10 minutes. This cycle repeated roughly 2 times. The lobby had ac going and it was freezing in there. Finally I had to leave to not be late back to work and they called my name right before I left. Took in total over 40 minutes to receive my pizza. This location is not hot and ready, it’s very cold, and very slow.

Gone four different times and everything i walk in i turn into invisible wait sorry I forgot everytime at least 3 different worker make eye contact.. first couple times I waited patiently for 20 min each time before someone ask if I been helped yet!! My most recent trip i went in and started to walk in the back almost to the drive thru!! Maybe should have a bell or someone responsible and in charge of the front door…

Was excited when we learned of this new Little Ceasars coming to our town but unfortunatelt looks like its being ran by a bunch of teenagers that can work a little more on their customer service, I placed an order online to pick up at the drive thru, When I drove up minutes after I received my “Order Ready” message, I literally sat at the window close to 10 minutes waiting to get my order, two employees actually came to the register by the window saw me but never opened the window, I chose the drive thru because I have bad knees and ended up walking into the store to pick up my order. Not a fan of the new store, I do hope I have a better experience next time.

Wow. This little Caesar’s has messed up our food on multiple occasions. I usually try to be pretty forgiving, but it’s gotten to a point where it’s just ridiculous. We pay extra for crazy crust and almost never get it. After a long day of traveling, my husband and I put in an order half an hour in advance so it would be ready for us. Our app told us it was ready, and upon pulling through the drive through we were not helped. We waited there for about 20 minutes when I went inside and picked up our pizza that had been sitting there. Other people were waiting for a pizza that had mysteriously been lost while the 3 workers in the back moved slow, laughing and not really getting much done. I was very excited for a little Caesar’s closer to where we live, but don’t know how much longer this place will have our business.

They weren’t half bad when they first open. But they have gone WAY DOWN HILL since. Would NOT recommend!
I ordered their “Ultimate Supreme”. What I received was essentially one of their $10 pepperoni pizzas with about six pieces of onion, 3 pieces of bell pepper, and 8 pieces sausage.
When I called and talked to the “Manager” she made no effort to make things right. Not even an attempt at sounding sincerely apologetic. Just said an indifferent “sorry bout that”. She expressed a very “Oh well. sucks to be you” attitude, and made ZERO attempt to make things right. She also said that “she can’t be managing her staff if she is spending her time on the phone with unhappy customers”.
To be clear,I have had problems only twice before, but at least the manager working then made some attempt to make things right.
Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment and go to the HUB Pizza, Or Johnny Mac’s. They are both close by.

Don’t bother with this location. It’s faster to drive across town to the Cedar location than to go here. I’ve been in half a dozen times and every visit is the same. They tell people wait times are 8-10 min but I haven’t seen anyone get thier food when they are told to expect it. The kids working there will ignore new customers so it’s not uncommon to wait 10-20 before they take your order. If you go through the drive through you’ll still likely have to park and walk in for your food anyway. Drive through wasn’t putting orders in the system until I got to the window after a 25 min wait. And had to wait another 30min for my food. If the service was a one time thing I wouldn’t care but when it’s been terrible every time over the course of weeks I can’t in good conscience recommend this location. Go litteraly anywhere else.
