I usually don’t have very many issues with anywhere but I am kind of tired of how rude all of the employees here are. The kid in pikachu hat always seems like he is high and today he forgot that we ordered food. He gave some of our order to a different customer because he forgot another customers order, then when we went inside he seemed high or half asleep. All of the employees here act like doing their job is a problem and I always feel rushed when ordering because of how rude the employees are. The food is good if they get your order right though!

I order online and get drive thru pick up. It’s perfect. They make very good pizza and don’t mess up my order. The staff is also always friendly. You can’t ask for more than that. Keep up the great work!

Every time me and my friends come here the employees always have the most bland face and always act like you ordering food there is an inconvenience. Most recent visit seemed like everyone in there was on something specifically the dude in the Pikachu beanie. Would recommend reconsidering the way things work around there

I hate when I spend extra to get the same pizza that’s available on sale just to say I want light sauce and they still give me a pizza with a ton of sauce. That’s why I stopped ordering Dominos and it’s frustrating because someone in our family can’t have a lot of the sauce but if it’s made with just a hint of sauce everybody is happy. This pizza we just had delivered was so saucy it broke through the crust. Just follow directions please!

Today was such a great experience with ordering at the drive thru and getting our food back after a short wait. The man who brought it out was so kind and had cool hair. The girl who took our order was also really nice with pretty hair too now that I think about it lol Since opening a lot has improved from wait time, quality and freshness. Made to perfection.

The Little Caesars in Spanish Fork is the best! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The workers are always friendly and inviting, and the service is great. I’ve also never gotten a burnt or undercooked pizza from this location.

Sat at the window for 10 minutes listening to the employees extremely loud music. No one came to the window. Walked into the lobby and sat there forever while employees stood around looking at their phones. I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged at all… pretty poor experience

Let me start this off with saying that off the bat I understand is not fantastic to begin with. But I have never had a worse experience with little Caesar’s. We placed a mobile order at 5:37pm. The app states the order would be ready between 6:00 and 6:06pm I give them a little extra time and show up at 6:10pm. I go through the drive through and the lady at the window says “my screen shows that they are not ready yet so you’ll have to come back” I have to ask “how long do you need before I come back” she sits and stares at me like I just shot her dog in front of her. I just leave it and just come back 10 minutes later, she says “oh we accidentally gave your pizza to someone else” so now I have to wait again before going through the drive through again. She then states “oh now we’re waiting on your bread sticks, go ahead and we will bring it out to you” so I pull out front and park right in front of the door so they can’t miss me. I sit out front of the store FOR 45 MINUTES!!!!! I sit and wait for the workers to at least attempt to locate me. At this point i finally walk in and they act like they tried to find me and they couldn’t. So they just put the pizza in the warmer and it’s sat there for 15 minutes. This is unbelievable.
