Ordered a couple Pizzas, crazy bread and ICB. Said it would be ready at this time. Got there to pick up the order and they said they never got it and would have it ready in 20 minutes. Waited the 20 minutes and went back. They said they will get to the order later. Finally after 2 and a half hours of waiting in the parking lot I got half of the order. They use to be decent with service but they have gone down hill lately and very disappointed.

I feel like they were doing better but the last 2 times there the pizza has been overcooked or burnt. We picked up pizza at 11:10 so you would think it would be pretty fresh but I wouldn’t be surprised if this stayed in the warmers all night and I’m eating last nights pizza. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and tasted like they were missing an ingredient (maybe love or passion) maybe both.

The dough at this location has been getting under cooked for years now. Pizza, or bread sticks; it doesn’t matter. Want it cooked properly? You risk it getting burnt. It’s sad this franchise lost their quality over quantity.

Walked in to order a pizza and stood there for ten minutes without even being acknowledged by staff, even though they walked back and forth in front of me and and took orders for the drive through. Ordered a pepperoni cheeser cheeser, and a order of cheese bread on Saturday night. The last time we pre-ordered we waited at least 45 longer than what they said. This time the cheese bread was great, but the pizza hit a new low. I’m pretty sure they forgot the sauce, and was also skimpy on the toppings. The next time we’re going to make the extra trip to Spanish Fork. Never been disappointed going there.
