So if I’m not mistaken Little Caesars closes at 10, even if they close at 9, this is still not okay in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked in the food industry and I get it. When it’s getting closer to closing time, it’s faster and more efficient if you’ve already done everything you can aside from locking the doors and turning lights off. Having worked in the food industry I also know, the very last customer of the day should have the same treatment as the first one. When we went the other day at 8:00 pm, they had nothing. No pizzas, no crazy bread, no wings, nada, nothing. Now most people would throw a fit about having to wait for their food. I on the other hand have no problem waiting because then I know my food is as fresh as it comes, the problem I had was they told us we would have to wait a total of 13 minutes for our food. Okay no problem. About 35 minutes later we were still sitting and waiting, some people will think “oh wah that’s not really much longer than the time they told you”. When you have a car full of hungry, tired, baby humans who have been in the car too long, five minutes is longer than you’d think, let alone like 15. That was my main complaint. If it’s gonna take an 35 minutes for my food, that’s fine, just tell me that so I can plan accordingly.

I don’t know what happened tonight. If there was just magic in the air. Dec 29th 2025 we got a stuffed crunch pizza and crazy bread. It was the best freshest pizza from a chain we have ever had. I dont normally leave reviews i just felt this pizza tonight deserves all the praise. Good job

I walked in… I asked what do you have ready? He told me pepperoni. I purchased it. Then he says “we’ll get that ready for you”…. it should be ready! It’s not ready?? Then I proceed to watch them make pizza WITHOUT GLOVES. NO. NO. NO.

So happy to have one close to home. I want to start by saying all of these kids deserve a raise. I don’t know everybody behind the scenes but I know Kyler Jackman and Gage Davis absolutely deserve a raise. The kid at this location work very hard to make sure your order is perfect and you have it in a timely manner all of the people who work here deserve a raise.

Just a headsup for the company and not a hate review or anything but something that definitely needs to be addressed, I bought a marinara sauce cup with my pizza and cracked it open when I got home and it had mold on the surface.

The store seems to be nice and clean! Steven and Braden are very good with the customers and also make the best food! Prices are good as well. They don’t like to honor the tmobile deals unless done properly by customers. The wait time isn’t long at all. I think limited time items should last a little bit longer. Such as the bacon and cheese puffs. There is always an upbeat vibe and good music playing when I’ve been in the store.

Waited an hour and 10 minutes for two pretzel crust pizzas; waited along with everyone else 20 minutes plus wait. The manager Savannah couldn’t have cared less she was in the back texting. One other employee was exchanging pizza for sodalicious (that guy didn’t have to wait at all). I phoned in my order 15 mins before getting there. I was asked three times what I ordered; finally got my order; got home and the two pizzas have pizza sauce and not cheese sauce. I called in as you’d think with an hour wait; my order would be correct. Called in to ask for a replacement to what I ordered; Savannah was very rude and sounded annoyed” she said “you came in on a rush”. No apology, no nothing. I get this is a little caesars and this store always has a wait; but you’d think they’d at least pretend to care! Also Savannah hung up on me and just said her manager was Becky?! Becky please put your store in check.

They told me it would be 10 minutes for my pizza. Waited for well over 20 minutes, probably close to 30. Got home and opened it and they didn’t even cut it. Lazy workers. Go to the store on State Street, they’re so much better.

This is the best Little Cesar’s in Provo. This is the only Little Cesar’s in Provo that actually had hot and ready pizzas when I stopped by! The employees were great. The pizza actually looked like a pizza (which can’t always be said about the other two LC in Provo). Bottom line, I am so grateful this location opened and delivers the food and service that the Little Cesar franchises preach, but the other two Provo locations fall dramatically short from.

Service was slow tonight, waited almost 25 minutes for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza that was served to us with what seems to not have any sauce. This has been a reacquiring theme at this location and it’s always a gamble on weather or not you’re going to get a good pizza. Also the pizza is dry but extremely greasy?!? Don’t recommend this location, I would recommend any other little Caesars location over this one.
