I can’t believe my order came out 20 minutes late, I couldn’t get any employee to even help me at the counter. But they have time to take pictures on their phones, take out the trash, and stare at me. They also allow children behind the counter by my food? Josh was awesome at helping me out and getting my order fixed.

I’m so tired of coming here and they never have any pizzas ready, it’s lunch time and I don’t really have Time to sit around and wait for a “lunch combo”. This is the only pizza place I’ve ever had to wait for a lunch time pizza. Once or twice is fine but this is probably the fifth time. I decided to get a normal pizza instead and it was barely warm and just the opposite of what you would call a hot and ready pizza. Plenty of other fast food around so I won’t be back

I don’t normally like writing reviews but this was a terrible experience. First when i ordered the pizza they told me the estimated time for pick would be over an hour. I therr 15 minutes past the pick up time and my order wasn’t even ready becasue they ran out of Pizza Dough. They said come back in 20 minutes and so i do so. 25 minutes later this is what I get. I took a slice out but the deep dish was very disappointing to say the least!

I came in today 8/8 at 3:35 to pick up my pizza. According to my tracking app it said it had been ready for over 10 minutes and they were packing it. So I went inside and was ignored for about 5 minutes until I got a worker with a bucket hats attention and asked about my pizza. He went to grab a crazy sauce and came back. When I said I had two crazy sauces he got pissed, walked into the back prep area kicked a box and stormed into the fridge. This was probably the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever watched. Even the other workers were looking at him in disbelief. I bet you’re busy but that’s an insane response to grabbing 1 crazy sauce. Please review the footage and get rid of this guy asap.

I understand it being the 4th of July but if a business is choosing to be open on a holiday at least have the decency of doing a proper job. I originally went through the drive through but received no greeting from inside. I drove to the front and went inside where again received no acknowledgement of me being there. There were 4 people behind the counter ans not one of them said a word to me. When the employee was done with the customer in front of me, he simply said in mono tone what could he get for me. I ordered a EMB and a order of bread sticks and the employee responded with “no sauce?” He then gave me my total asked if I was paying with a card and put my order on the counter as I was paying. I said thank u and received no response. No thank you for coming , No have a good night, nothing. When I arrived home 5 min later I opened the pizza box to a very old, luke warm ( from it being in the warmer) pizza the cheese was pretty rubbery and the crust hard like cardboard. The pepperoni was dry and curled up. I took one bite and decided to call the store. By this time it was 9:30pm and no one answered my call. I am completely unhappy with the service and the food I received. How is this business still in operation with the poor food quality as well as the lack of customer service skills? I wish it were possible to give negative stars because they are not deserving of positive ones.

Ordered through the app and had to wait 30 mins past the ready time. Went through the drive through to get my pizza and they told me I needed to wait another 5 mins. I waited 10 mins then went in and was told to wait another 10 mins. This is the second time I’ve had to wait at this establishment. They seem understaffed constantly, and they can’t seem to get a footing when a dinner rush comes around. I see three maybe four people, the phone is constantly ringing and they are telling everyone that they don’t have any pizzas ready for another 30 mins. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location but it’s getting ridiculous. First off, the only kind/attentive employee is no joke probably a 16 year old kid, he’s got long hair and glasses and I see he is doing his best. The girls who work there, another story, to start, they’re rude to everyone, and once I waited 25 minutes for a hot and “ready” pizza, and I could see them flirting with their coworkers and punching each other and joking around, no pizzas being made, nothing. No one acknowledges you, we are made to stand and wait for unreasonable lengths of time. I have worked in the service and food industry since I was 14? 15? And I cannot remember a time when this was acceptable.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I came to this location yesterday to buy a quick lunch and get to work, little did I know that the pizza would take rotten. The cheese was bad and the dough was crumbly. Ended up tossing the whole thing. Please if you have old food don’t sell it you are playing with peoples health
