I usually know what I’m getting into when buying cheap pizza but this one just sucked.
Usually the food here is pretty good, especially for the price and I’m fine to put up with the staff who all seem to be going through some sort of life crisis. The girl at the register said probably 3 words to me the entire time I was there and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. I’m pretty used to that though so after saying have a nice day, it just felt like a normal Little Carsars interaction. I got a pepperoni pizza and a cheese along with some crazy bread and when I open the pizza after getting home it looked like they kicked the cheese pizza around the store after over cooking it and asking the blind guy to cut it. I’m not expecting a 5 star meal here but really? This pizza sucks. The bread sicks werent much better as they were about as dry as the desert. Probably the last time I’ll go. Would not recommend.

Tried for 30 min to order online without being able to, ended up having to go in to order, the order was $10 more in person then online as they wouldn’t honor any coupons I was using.
Then went I got the pizza home I opened them up and this is what they gave me. Like you have to try to not cover that much of the pizza. So all in all a really bad experience.

Every time we’ve ordered from this location since moving to this valley it’s not been the best experience. I feel compelled to voice how terrible the management is here. The kids I spoke with about the issue I’m reporting here have zero sense of courtesy or professionalism and I asked to speak with management to obtain a refund for an incorrect order when the call became escalated- the manager proceeded to tell me I will have to take this matter up with DoorDash, they can’t give me a refund and subsequently hung up on me. I never once agreed to do a business exchange with DoorDash and find this is bad business practice if consumers are under the assumption they’re ordering from the store and the store will blame the DoorDash drivers if something goes wrong. Getting any kind of help or consideration is a nightmare. Long story short, be aware of the fact that they don’t use their own drivers. They wanted to tell me that’s common knowledge, everyone knows they use DoorDash and if I wanted what I ordered, why didn’t I go to Walmart instead. Guess I’m in the world of unknowing since I didn’t realize there’s pizza chains out there without delivery drivers! If you’re like me, I’m here to inform! If anything gets messed up with your delivery, they don’t show a concern in the world for making it right. Hungry Howies Pizza is right nearby and they don’t treat their paid customers like inconveniences so you may be saving yourself a lot of grief by going to them instead. Needless to say, if Little Caesars is in the business of losing customers, they just sealed the deal for my family.

I went in because I had purchased a fundraiser card that enabled me to get a free breadsticks and sauce when you purchase a pizza. I purchased this card at the end of 2024. I was assured that I could still use the card until my punches were done. I went in today and they told me that they are not allowed to use that card anymore and that the company was losing money on the fundraiser cards. They took my card and would not give it back and would not allow me to use a punch. I am very disappointed in a company that promotes themselves with a fundraiser and then steals from their customers by not allowing them to use the fundraiser card.

Im really surprised by our pizzas tonight. Ive never had this happen before.
Super thick “crust” on the cheese, also heavily sauced and thin at the middle and cheese on only a half of the pepperoni.
I would have happily waited for quality over these slapdashed pizzas.

The pizza was good, but we weren’t a big fan of the crazy bread. It looked like someone grabbed them and squeezed. And when I went in to grab it, the worker was slamming his hands on the table counter. He might have been having a bad day but probably shouldn’t take it out on the food or counter in the sight of customers.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, I expected more. Got ignored for the drive through. They definitely need more workers so that someone services the walk in customer as fast as the drive through.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza over the phone on a weekday and they didn’t tell me when my order when be ready. I was in the middle of asking when they hung up the phone on me.
I left 20 minutes later to go pick it up and I brought it home, and when I opened the pizza box there was a lukewarm cheese pizza – not pepperoni.
I understand you get what you pay for, but I would at least expect to get what I ordered – even when the service falls short.

Served 6 hour old pizza! My wife ordered a pizza and crazy bread through the pizza portal and picked it up through the drive through. When she got home we opened the box and the pizza was very old. I checked the time on the sticker, and it was made 6 hours earlier that day! And to add on top of it, the pizza wasn’t even for us, but a Jacqueline B. I drove back and asked for a new pizza which I did receive, but shouldn’t there be something that prevents this? I made sure to check the pizza portal to see if my order was still waiting and it wasn’t, so it seems I was going to be served 6 hour old pizza from the beginning. Unbelievable!
