Honestly, I’ve never been to a better Little Caesar’s! I’m not sure who’s running the place but I usually stop by around early lunch time, but the staff is friendly, my pizza is always hot, the crust is nice and thick without being over/under done. The toppings are always perfect as well, plenty of them and rather organized looking! I don’t know how they are told to make the pizzas, but if this isn’t the standard, it should be! Very well done, will always be a top choice for me!

K for Starters you’re employees are payed to work.. is they’re job easy? To me yes very. I work sun up to sun down. I don’t have time some days to cook dinner. I came here for the kiddo and Mr William b. One of your employees was super quick to complain, huff and puff over misunderstood requests, than shortly after my order had been taken complained of the time as I write this it’s 935pm on Feb 2nd. 935pm…. your store closes at 10pm from what Google shows. your employee willam b. Needs to take a step back and do his job. I’m paying tonight over 50 dollars. The pizza is far from a delicacy. Over 50 dollars and not one thing was right not a single thing I ordered in person was correct and I’m a smidge upset over it. Your employee would be fired if I was the one running the show at that store end of story. Mr William b you’re job is cake. Go pour a 100yrd concrete floor and tell me you’re job is difficult like you did while I waited for my pizza that’s totally wrong! Stuffed crust, right side pineapple, ham, and cheese…. left side ham, bacon, olives, onions, jalapeños, sausage…. cheese pizza was simply just a classic cheese pizza…. I EVEN GAVE YOU 5 DOLLARS FOR A TIP!! Bc I felt like I should for taking your time and making your job difficult. I do want something from this whether a refund or a free pizza of my choosing. Straight up bs and if I could give negative stars I would no doubt!!!!

I went on the drive thru and paid for my order at 6:02pm on 9/30. I was told to pull forward and wait there and someone would bring my pizzas in just a minute. After waiting for 17 minutes I walked in and asked for my order. The guy had no idea I was waiting for my order outside. Waited for another 36 minutes and finally got them. This location needs more people working specially during the diner time and to be more organized.

We have visited this location usually a couple of times a week for the last 2 years and it’s never once been what would be rated more than 3 stars, but usually more like 1 or 2 stars. Google really should allow a review for every time you patronize a place. You may wonder why we would continue going there when it’s almost always a bad experience. The reason is that this is one of the few things that my daughter with anxiety disorder will actually eat. So we have a lot of experience with Little Caesars locations. Before moving we frequented the Roy, Clinton and Syracuse locations, and while they were often less than great, they were never anywhere close to as terrible as this location!
They constantly undercook the pizzas, sloppily spread sauce all over the crust, over sauce or under sauce, have huge bubbles, skimp on toppings and cut it so crooked some pieces are 1/4 of the pizza! Recently I have been getting custom pizzas that they charge $2 per topping for but every single time there are barely any of each topping except pepperoni.

Worst doughy uncooked pizza ever. Asked for a extra most bestest and they were out (apparently not cooking anymore at 9pm when they close at 11pm) so took a classic and thus is what it looked like and very under cooked to the point that it is still doughy

The worst service at any little Caesars I’ve ever been to. We’ve given this location multiple chances, and they fail consistently. I’ve never been able to pick up a hot n ready pizza from this n location. They limit their hot and ready hours to a short evening window, and fail to even meet that benchmark. Truly disparages the brand.
