Food isn’t the same as when I was a kid 20 years ago. They definitely don’t make the dough in store anymore. You can tell its from a factory and frozen before sent to the store. The crust isn’t the same texture or chew, and the deep dish items now have perforated bottoms, like its from a factory bakery being massed produced. Its still good, just worse than it was before. Prices are a little crazy. Before COVID, you could still get pizza for $5 or $6 bucks, and the deep dish pizzas were only $10. Now, everything seems about 30-40% more expensive. It’s almost the same cost to get Domino’s, which I would argue is definitely higher quality.
Now let’s talk about the service. What is the point of having online ordering, and having email/push notifications saying your order is ready and has been loaded into the Pizza Portals, if that is all a lie? Every time I’ve ordered in the last 6 months, I wait until I get that notification before heading into my store. Every time, my name is on the screen and it says READY next to it. I punch in my code, and an empty slot opens up. Nothing inside it. I then ask the cashier about it, and he says “oh we are still working on it sir”. That’s completely fine, I don’t mind waiting. But why tell me my order is ready when it obviously wasn’t? Why does the Pizza Portal claim my order is inside, when it isn’t? I find it hard to believe its entirely automated and the store employees have zero input on that process.
Besides the service, its decent pizza.

I went in and placed an ordered inside for a crazy stuffed crust pizza its supposed to come with the crazy bread type crust. When I got home I realized that they gave me just a regular stuff crust pizza. I went back because that’s not what I ordered instead of remaking the pizza they went the lazy route and just covered the crust in the garlic butter and it just sat on top it was this thick gooey butter sauce not even baked into the crust at all. Basically just wasting my time. I took it back in because it looked disgusting. I’ve always had good service here but this time was absolutely horrible and had to wait more then double the time.

Made an online order 2 days prior to be delivered at a certain time. Said it would be delivered at 6pm. 6:45pm no pizza. I call this location which was on my order receipt. They said they dont deal with deliveries. I asked if they found my order. They said they saw my online order and that apparently someone sold my order to someone else. Then, instead of remaking my order and having someone drive it out to me, they gave me another number to call. I call the number and had to leave a message. 4 hours later…still no call from them. Then I get a text saying my order was canceled but no refund yet. Very very poor service. Do not recommend this location of little Ceasars. Ended up ordering from papa John’s, got my order delivered 10min later.

It used to be the place to go for cheap pizza. Now it is not so much now, as in cheap, except for the quality. I haven’t been Impressed the last couple times ordering from here, maybe I need to change locations. The cheese doesn’t taste like cheese, it tastes more like a processed cheese. Cut costs to make profit higher, by downgrading ingredients

I have been eating Little Caesar’s since 1989. Over the years, it’s been a roller coaster ride. I went to the Kearns/Cougar today at about 4:30 ish and got the standard pepperoni and crazy bread. OMFG how that savory bread and seasonings melted in my mouth like 1989. The pizza at home was cooked to perfection. The kid at the window (wish I had his name) was so kind and laughed at my Mom joke. Thanks Little Caesars for making me believe in you again!!!

they wouldn’t take my gift card!! they refused a completely valid form of payment because the card reader failed to read. if it doesn’t swipe after several tries like i did, it should be able to be entered manually. i was denied my form of payment. this place sucks.

Evening September 20, 2025. Ordered on the phone and it sounded like it was out sourced to another country. Very hard to communicate with the lady. Twice requested one of the pizzas to be a pan pizza and asked for extra crazy on the breadsticks which means twice as much garlic butter and parmesan sauce stuff. When I arrived i have a hard time understanding the person who waited on me and the pizza was not pan. And the bread sticks did not have extra sauce and he told me it would be $4 more to add the extra sauce. I asked for an itemized receipt so I could see what each item cost. He said something like I’d get the receipt, and that’s all they could offer me and didn’t know if it was itemized. I paid with a credit card that I tapped. I heard the beep that means it went through and he said it didn’t go through and do it again. Now I have to watch my credit card statement to see if they charged me twice or not. On top of all that I got really bad food poisoning.

The service and the food is good however the parking is horrible especially during peek hours your better of parking somewhere else and walking

I know it’s only Little Caesars, so I shouldn’t have any standards, but this place has the worst costumer service.
I never got my confirmation email, so my pizza sat dying on a rack, not even in the warming oven, for 40 minutes.
When I asked the girl why she didn’t know. More like, didn’t care. I asked her to remake my pizza since they were cold and she laughed and said if I paid again.
They weren’t even busy. The pizza was just slopped together, too. Waste of money!

I’ve been to several other locations and purchased the crazy puffs, and they were great! This location has the worst! I tried them last week, not great but thought, might be a bad day. I got more at this location again today, and they were just as bad as the first time. They are not made the same as other locations, so there is no brand integrity. Judge yourself from the picture.
