rude lady in the drive through acted like i was stupid for asking for stuff thats on the website, said she didnt have the crunch stuffed crust didnt have the pretzel crust and didnt have pepperoni cheese bread. she literally acted like she had never heard of any of the things i asked for and then when i ordered stuff she did have i waited 20 minutes in my car and she never set off the little light that lets me know its done. it was 12 pm so its not like the stuff was out of stock she was saying we dont sell that here. train your workers better i wish i got her name so i could make a direct complaint. never coming to this location again.

Pulled up to drive-thru at 9:27pm. Store closes at 10pm. I asked for pretzel pizza. Abigal tells me they don’t have enough time to make a pretzel pizza. I said, um, doesn’t that take 7 minutes? She said no, it takes 15-20 minutes. I said, okay, great, that would still leave you ten minutes before you close and she said, no, we have to have everything cleaned by ten pm, so there isn’t enough time to make pretzel pizza. We can only make cheese and pepperoni.
So, I drove eight minutes down the road to a different little caesars, and they happily made me pretzel pizzas.

Tried to accuse me of theft. Workers were super rude, lady at the front counter kept yelling “ONLY ONE” when I tried to grab my second soda that I paid for and was entitled to. When I tried to leave, she came out from behind the counter and made me show her the order ticket before leaving, while saying I only get one soda or I was stealing. Over an 20oz Mt Dew. No surprise, I had a ticket that said Two (2) 20oz Mt. Dews, so I got to leave without further issues. Service is bad. They need to read orders before accusing people of theft. Keep receipt on hand if picking up.

We ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered and the driver set them on the doorstep and left. No knock, no doorbell. When we realized they were on the doorstep they were already cold. I called the location that had sent them out and it went unanswered. I called again and the person who answered said that they couldn’t do anything. It was doordash or ubereat’s fault. No apology, no attempt to rectify the problem. Basically a “sucks to be you” attitude. Saying I wouldn’t recommend this place is a huge understatement.

Been to this location many times and its rare when I get a fresh pizza. They always look like they have been sitting around for hours. I do love the surprise of a fresh, hot pizza though it rarely happens with little ceasars. I really like the pizza just wish it was fresh. Still one star. So disappointed. I asked for a fresh cheese pizza was told it be 10 minutes instead I get a warm pizza that look like it was made this morning. A freshly made pizza is hot this was barely warm. The location on 11400 and 700 makes their pizza fresh and they are so good. I feel like a valued customer there. This location makes me feel like a customer doesn’t matter. So disappointed.

Additionally, I recently placed an online order for drive-thru pickup, but when I arrived, the drive-thru was closed off. I had to go inside the store to collect my order, which defeated the purpose of choosing the drive-thru option.

This location is a joke. We did an online order. All three pizzas were wrong. Make sure to open your boxes here or you’ll be in for a surprise when you get home. It also took almost an hour to get our order.

You will spend 30-45 minutes in the store after it notifies you it is ready, just watch unattentive employees with headphones in ignore a sloth around and give you soggy overdone pizza and bread both, that were under the warmer for 40+ minutes.
Context…after 20 minute of waiting past when it was suppose to be done, they said they are just waiting on wings…10 minutes later they said they were out of buffalo sauce and then refused to refund the order as we were fed up…10 minutes later they were out with the order and undressed wings.
Worst tasting food, worst service…and we were not alone.
We will drive to another store in the future that is further away…but they only get 1 chance to save the Litlle Ceasars name…else Marco’s or Big Daddy’s pizza from here on.
I want my money back, my time back, and the food sickness that is going to come from this magically gone!

For my first time at this location I wasn’t impressed at all! No customer service, the manager in his own world didn’t even say hi or nothing! Had to request for assistant and he was not really happy to help… SMH EVERY CUSTOMER IS IMPORTANT Y’ALL SHOULD CONSIDER THAT!!
