I waited for my order for a good 30 minutes, staff was goofing off in the back..not to mention when i finally received my pizzas almost the entire order was burnt…even the crazy bread… would not recommend this location…if i could I would give 0 stars.. there needs to be some changes.

Went in to get breadsticks really quickly but was completely ignored by the staff. Once another customer walked in she said she would be with us when she could, but proceeded to make us wait 10 mins not even sparing a glance our way. Ended up leaving because she refused to acknowledge us!

Did you know: if you take the pizza out of the oven sooner, it won’t be BURNED? Every single pizza item I get at this location is waaaay overdone, to the point that sometimes even the pepperoni has begun to turn black. They don’t know how to do the cheesesteak puffs right because the cheese is always melted all over the box and the crust is only about half the height that it should be. The pepperoni puffs always look and taste like they were dipped in garlic butter before boxing them up, because when I open them up there is a yellow puddle on top. Please take lessons from another Little Caesar’s location on how to make your pizza because y’all apparently don’t have a clue

This location gives us raw pizza almost every single time we go there. I went there today because I was in a rush and it was the closest location, hoping they would be better this time. But yet again, it’s completely raw underneath. As per usual. I should have known better. Looks fine on top, then you flip it over and the underneath is literally still doughy. So frustrated.

I used to come to this location all the time, but within the last month or two things have gone really downhill. The old management ran things so much smoother, food was fresher, looked nicer, better customer service. Whoevers running things now don’t live up to it. I’ve been given wrong orders, burnt food, raw food. The few people who remain the same seem defeated. Won’t be returning.

While I was waiting for my order, I witnessed the manager being harshly yelled at and fired right in front of customers by what seem their district lead. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Regardless of what happened behind the scenes, no one should be treated that way, especially in front of customers.
I won’t be returning to this location. Employees deserve respect, and this was an awful display of how to treat people.

Been going to this spot for 10+ years never had an issue until their new management. Wouldn’t recommend. The new guy in the front always has an issue and the worst customer service. Definitely switching spots.
